Sushi-2-Go University

Me and my friends ate here today just before graduation party and let me tell you it was amazing. Food was delicious and so much more affordable than any other sushi restaurant in the area. Love the Gator and Mexican rolls!! We will definitely be coming back!

Usually enjoy eating here but got food poisoning today :(

Placed an order almost 2 hours ago, apparently my order is still being prepared. Was supposed to received it at 10:30, now it’s almost 11:30 and still nothing.

I've been ordering from Sushi 2go since 2019. Great sushi. Fair prices. Fast delivery. They always make my custom roll perfect. (Sushi Master. No avocado. Add jalapenos, scallions, carrots, and cream cheese. Roll in roe.)

There's a girl in here named Danielle who left a one star. She was fired, and is now dragging this family owned joint through the mud. As another small business in the city, I know how detrimental these reviews are. They can make or break a small family business if the place doesn't deserve the bad review. Sushi to go DOES NOT deserve the bad review.

My first time trying this place And I loved it! You’ve got a new customer!

I figured this would be of some use to at least one of you, especially if you are new in the area.

This is not your typical spot. The food is simple, honest, and lacks over the top flair, but it's special here in GNV for a reason. From a hidden sushi spot to local legend, it has been a joy to see them evolve over these long and strange years. The food is great, the staff are down to earth, and extremely accommodating; it's everything you want from a restaurant in general.

Sushi-2-Go has watched me grow from a freshman in college to a professional and beyond. This spot has a place in the heart of all UF alumni, and I am no different. I recommend Sushi-2-Go to everyone who loves sushi, period.

Whether today is the last order or not (as I am constantly moving around), hopefully, I can encourage you to partake in a piece of the UF experience. Consider this insider knowledge.

I did pick up for my family and friends, getting a wide variety of food, both sushi and not. I really enjoyed my honey and sriracha wings and my mom loved her Florida and Crunchy Rolls. I live somewhat far away and the food traveled very well, and still tasted fresh after the drive. The employee Josh was friendly and personable.

Scam!! They charge you twice, for 1 transaction!! When I first paid with their screen checkout, the young American employee said “it didn’t go through” so there I went to pay again with my other card without looking at my bank account. Big mistake!! I was trusting him!! Next day, I see the same transaction twice that did go through twice. They scammed me! It was a late night dinner and wanted to get some quick sushi little to know these people rob you! I’ve tried calling multiple times and no one answers and it says voicemail is full. Worst part is that I am not from the area so i can’t even go back in person. Zero stars all the way. So unprofessional.

I really like this place, they are quick and efficient and I’ve never had a mess up. I frequent here usually 2 times a week for an easy lunch or a wakame salad. I’m always welcomed with a smile and happy to be on a first name basis. I suggest you give it a try if you are passing through.

Quick, and affordable sushi. Not much else to write about. The taste is ok, the service is quick and the deals are good. The space is small and a little dark but it's meant to be a quick sit down eat and go kind of place. Good if you're in the area and want sushi

Ordering kiosks provide very fine grained control over ordering- can add/remove every ingredient in a roll

Ithers nay not agree but my personal expiernece was amazing the food is great and the customer service is good also makes me feel very cozy. Lastly i got free candy :D

Don't get the premium rolls! The extra outer layer has a very bad taste that doesn't go well with sushi at all. And inside they put cheese😭. Who puts cheese in a sushi😭😭😭

Yummy sushi & great prices! Staff is always pleasant & nice here. 10/10 would recommend.

Spoke to a young man on the phone earlier that couldn’t have a worse attitude. I’ve ordered here hundreds of times since I’ve lived in Gainesville and will not anymore.
