it never fails that the truck is late or just doesn't show at all and then they don't even update their Facebook to let people know. last time trying after 3 times of just complete unprofessional business. currently it's 12:30 pm and they were supposed to be in bell at 11:30 am, things happen sure but no update on Facebook and no response to messenger or phone calls. Do better, when your traveling an hour give yourselves 1.5 hours it's as simple as that, you break down or have a flat okay update Facebook to let everyone know, ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT. No food in the world is worth this chaos and disappointment.

I ordered from the food truck for the first time. I ordered a 10 wing for 15.00. when I got the product home and opened the container it looked like they used quail wings. they should have been ashamed to serve them.

Arrival time prevented me from ordering in advanced , I got the fish and grits and voodoo corn nuggets . Everything fried seem to be fried in old oil. The presentation was completely thrown together. I’ve posted what I got vs what’s advertised in the comments

Absolutely amazing food. I had the Cajun shrimp burger, and everyone else had catfish and grits. They said it was the best grits they had ever had, and the catfish reminded them of home. A+ to the food.
Now onto the cooking area.
For having been in use all day it looked pretty good. While not the most maintained I would give it a good rating.

Finally - cost.
6 people ate for right at 100 dollars. Meal was more filling, and 2000x better than any fast food at the same price.

Went a got food from their food truck in macclenny and got the Shrimp Cajun Burger and it was hands down one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. The Cajun sauce compliments the burger and is so full of flavor!
