Our first stay here. Stunning grounds and beautiful cottages.
Breakfast was only ok. We were not able to fully enjoy the breakfast because of bad communication. None of our dietary needs were given to the kitchen from when we booked the cottages.
Also, no “famous” French toast casserole. Instead, there was oatmeal.

This was our second stay at Sweetwater Branch Inn, and it won’t be our last. We’ve stayed in the Garden Cottage and Mae’s Cottage. Both are cozy and well-appointed. The grounds here are lovely. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast- oh my! The French toast casserole had me dancing in my seat at the thought of getting to experience that again! My husband and I stayed at the Lily cottage. It was the absolutely perfect getaway from the stress of everyday life. The gardens are beautiful and the main houses with the Christmas lights looked like something out of a postcard. The breakfast was delicious and had lots of variety. My favorite was the strawberry French toast casserole.
