Food was hot and fresh.... Store smelled clean and the new upgrades look amazing. The crew was short handed but the way they worked together and pulled things together really made them the dream team.
Kid-friendliness: It's not games or anything but thats fine it's nothing they can get hurt on. And that's great for me.
The lady at the drive-thru window was polite and efficient. I'm a vegetarian, and it's hard for them to get my order right, but she made it clear what I wanted, and I got my order right, and it was delicious.

They made me hot fresh food within 10 minutes of closing and they were super awesome about it and I was starving. That is 100% customer service right there. Other places would have thrown a fit and turned the lights off and would have done everything they could to not serve me but this location did me right. I 100% recommend this location.

And there are no plans to address the kitchen issues… infact, by the look on the Area Coach’s face… they don’t recognize the years of buildup in every single crevice. The entire store needs an overhaul or condemned.
I’ve cleaned gay bars after decadence in New Orleans that are cleaner than that place.
You won’t “Live Màs” long eating there.

Last night seemed like a rough day. Well it seemed like it was everyone’s first day on the job but based on the lovely attitude and effort of the manager trying to get that ship to sail, I will give my benefit of the doubt and just say it was a rough day. Except for bro bro working in the very front. That gentleman was either on drugs, recovering from a stroke, or poorly managing a serious disability. He was slurring his words, dropping tacos, leaving quesadillas on the grill for WAY too long, slicing Willy Nilly. I should have taken pictures of the quesadilla. I’ve eaten them every time I go to T Bell for 20 years and I’ve never seen the quesadilla come so over cooked and cut so wrong. Like 7 of us were waiting for an hour to receive hour orders. It was indeed a test of patience but all in all. We all have those days. Shout out to the ones who show up and do their best. Even if bro bro and half the team were having bad days. I pray for their blessings and success. At the end of the day, It’s not like I’m going to stop going.

I’d stopped coming to this location a year ago because they customer service was horrible, but my late night experiences have been Great no long lines And the customer service is amazing just shows that there is still some people who care about others!!
Ordered literally two dinner meals on the kiosk at 7:07p.m. I waited for a total of 50 minutes before finally getting my order. I watched door dash deliveries come and go while I waited. It would be different if they needed to cook meat or something crucial . No explanation was delivered.🤬

It's a fast food restaurant that I used to like to go to eat when I was shopping and knew I would be late getting home. The staff is friendly, but unfortunately they have few staff to serve customers, so much so that without people waiting, it takes them a while to serve them and much longer to give you the order. The day I was the person who prepared the orders he had many difficulties, he did not have an order and he mixed up the orders. It has ample and free parking.
