I went through the drive thru last night and specifically asked for no onions in my bean burrito because I have an ONION ALLERGY, and the first bite I took was just full of onion. My receipt even said no onion. This isn't the first time this has happened either

I have never had a problem with this place until today. I was going through the drive through and there was no one behind me or in front of me and no one was inside, but the drive through worker was still rushing me, talking very fast to the point that I had trouble understanding her, she was very rude and had an attitude, she told me to pull up to the window before I was done even ordering, and when I did pull up she was standing with a group of her other coworkers just talking, and when I got my food, my fries were out of their holder and scattered all over the bag and there’s some kind of wet liquid at the bottom of my bag, not sauce because it’s not thick enough in consistency to be sauce. My taco and quesadilla were completely soggy cause of the liquid at the bottom. And she rung up the fries as a separate item when I asked for a chicken nugget meal, so I lost $3 when I shouldn’t have. I didn’t have any problems with anyone here ever before this lady, she wears a red wig and worked the drive through window for the lunch shift. This kind of stuff is why I avoid other places and I might not come back to this one anymore because this kind of experience is horrible, she needs to be written up or something.

I have no idea what is going on with this Taco Bell lately. But nobody wants to eat a greasy/soggy taco that’s probably been sitting there for half an hour. Please do better, make the food how y’all would want to eat it. It’s that simple.

Went to the drive thru. Ordered, (very simply) a bean burrito supreme. I was asked , a burrito with sour cream? NO, a bean burrito supreme! Paid pulled aside to eat and it was exactly what she said, a bean burrito with sour cream! Lol I ate it and went on with my day! Not a difficult order!!!

Drive thru menu had a breakfast menu but when we went to order they said they don't serve breakfast

Today I just I got off work early I had to take a quick stop at this Taco Bell and I had just met a lovely cashier through the drive through her name was Olivia and she made my day I had been working and going through personal things and she made my day she deserves a raise!!! I told her had not good experience at this location at first but she made the experience different so definitely please good people deserves so much more especially when it come to fast food I customer service but yess definitely coming back when I feel for Taco Bell 😊⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This must be the best taco bell drive thru in the US. 430am. They were out of red cabbage, apologized, ask if I wanted to substitute it for something else. Made fresh nacho fries. Apologized again for the delay and I was handed the biggest bean burritos I've ever had at any taco bell. How a taco bell can be so genuinely friendly at 430am is beyond me, but it was highly appreciated. ♥️ Thank you everyone!!
