It's hit or miss if your food is right or good. Portions are all over the place. I've had taco shells in a bag with almost nothing in them. Same with burritos.

Happy hour isn't a1$ as advertised. Maybe because a franchise.I should of just canceled the order but by the time I realized it was ready so I paid and left. But they say it's n just a discount. They misheard me about my nachos and didn't give me a recipe.

The little girl working the drive through was so rude. I ordered 2 drinks and every single time I spoke, she came back with an attitude. She was purely just pissed to be there taking my order. It was weird - I drove off without picking up my drinks.

The person on drive thru right now is completely infuriating. She's not understanding anything we are saying. She's taking forever and even after we placed a breakfast order way before breakfast ended, she wouldn't give it to us when we arrived. She won't substitute anything even tho we have done it a million times and it gives you the option to on the app. She made us 20 minutes late to our tour reservation because of all this.

I have been coming here for a long time, I have never been treated like I was treated today by the dirty blonde in the drive thru. I went inside to place an order, she told me to use kiosk so I tried but the kiosk screen were not working right. I had to hit the screen hard on both. So I went back to the counter and told her, then she said that she didn’t have a register in the counter to help me, and I’m standing right in front of it.MGMT: FIRST OF ALL TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES CUSTOMER SERVICE ETIQUETTE ON HOW TO SPEAK TO CUSTOMERS. Second if you don’t have employees that can help at the counter, maybe shut your front doors. Always remember everything trickles from the head!

Why order in advance if they won't make it tell you get there. That is a terrible system. There customer service could us allot of work. The order was suppose to be ready at 12.01. they didn't look at anyone in the lobby (3 people came in after me) for about 12 minutes. Then they started making the food. I like the food but not the people.

People here were nice but forgot one of the burritos I ordered, wait on the pick up order was also very long, seems like they need some more people in the kitchen. Food was made properly and decent tasting can't ask for more.Parking: Good lot around the place.
