I really enjoy going here! I went tonight and the service was really lovely, the person who takes my order is always so sweet and nice to me. She said “here you go love,” and I giggled. My food is always made to my liking and is always hot and yummy. The people complaining are also probably really terrible and you’re going to get terrible service that way so do better… I go after my late night bar shifts and I’m always pleased

I don't know what's going on at this Taco Bell but their food does not taste like the other Taco Bells, it's like they have a different seasoning; I don't know but it's gross. I've tried 4 separate times, won't be back to this one.

We arrived to the drive thru at 1am. There was a line but usually it doesn't take very long. it took us 3 hours to get our food. And that was after several other cars left the line. We were unable to leave because the drive thru is designed that you can't leave once you pass a certain point. By the time we reached the window, it had been about 2.5 hours and we could see an employee with blonde hair just on her phone, doing nothing to help the other employees. There was no apology for the extreme time delay, no customer service. If they were so understaffed, shame to the owners for not properly staffing and allowing a restaurant to be open without enough people. An absolute waste of time for about 3 combos.

The people here hate their jobs and it reflects in the way they speak to their customers, on top of the sloppy service and rudeness. They should not hold a job here and be fired immediately in exchange for employees who are grateful to be working and want to serve their customers.

DO NOT GO TO THIS TACO BELL!! Or at least the drive through.. the girl with the pink braids is the rudest person I have ever encountered in any restaurant or business and I’m NOT a person who ever complains but this time it is warranted…either she hates her job or she hates people not sure which? She needs to be fired and find a job in a cubicle in an office somewhere where she has no contact with the public! Wowza! and I was in a great mood until having to deal with that!

Ordered food with a drink and cashier REFUSED to give me a cup for my drink until my food was ready they all stood around and told me I can wait 10 minutes and acted totally annoyed that I ordered my food at the counter instead of the kiosk.. this is the rudest Taco Bell I have ever been to.. the manager also refused to give me my cup until food was ready and after waiting 15 minutes I had to finally ask for a refund...everyone else in the place was black and I am WHITE and they had no issue giving them their cups... this is racism! Manager didn't care and was totally rude also! I have spent my day waiting for a family member to pass away at hospice down the street and I was so thirsty. I just wanted the drink that I paid for and for some reason these girls wanted to punish me. Shame on ALL of them!!!
