As a 28 year old man born in 1996, I have been to A LOT of Taco Bell’s in my lifetime - and let me just tell you…this location is the best well oiled machine of Taco Bell’s I’ve ever seen. Idk what Nicole’s official title is, but she has this place WHIPPED into tip top shape with superb quick and friendly service. All restaurants should meet this locations standard - we are lucky to have them in our community.

Don't eat here. The prices are sky high and the service is extremely slow. One time it took me 40 minutes to receive my food. Ordering online from here is alright, but it is a terrible experience ordering in store.

Very disappointed with the service at this Taco Bell location. We ordered tacos with guacamole and didn’t receive any. When we pointed it out and asked for the guacamole we paid for, it turned into a 30-minute argument with the staff. Only after a long, frustrating discussion did they finally give us what we ordered. Completely unacceptable. Customer service was rude and dismissive — it should not be this hard to get what you paid for. Definitely will not be returning to this location.

I order my food at the Chaos but I was paying cash for lunch. I waited 20 minutes and no one took the money. So when someone finally response to me, I had wasted my lunch time. I was nice a left without saying anything. What I can say is Arby’s next door took my money and gave me the food in less than 5 minutes. If this is the way TacoBell is treating customer, it will not be long before TacoBell is gone on SW 13 street in Gainesville
