I didn’t catch the lady’s name that was working the window at 11:50 PM on 12/18. But she was extremely sweet And a great worker. I had a long day at work and She made my night better. I wish I got her name, but she’s awesome.

I go to the drive-thru order my food the young lady got it wrong then she's telling me that I have to go back to my drive-thru to get the guacamole and I thought that the cinnamon crunch stuff was not there then I thought that she put my chips the nacho chips she didn't put that either the cashier and another lady was rushing me out. When I got back to my job no nacho chips and she didn't give my receipts. Obviously the cashier needs to be trained because her attitude was wrong. As a customer we don't need to be treated like that. NEVER EVER I WILL GO BACK TO THIS STORE........

We stopped at the store # 042945 again on 11/29/25 drive thru. Our order number was 281 for 2 Burritos with no beans and 1 with just cheese only and 3 soft tacos. I was telling her how we wanted them and she said we only have Buritto Supremes. I had a hard time getting her to understand what I wanted, she spoke very fast and it seemed like her mic was very close to her mouth. She did not give us a receipt showing how much we paid or even thank us for coming to Taco Bell. I consider her rude. We come to this location whenever we want Taco Bell as it is closest to our home. Niw, for the price you charge and a fast food restaurant you would think we’d still get better service than we did. There are plenty of Mexican Restaurants we can go to. We have been to the restaurant for the last time. You need to train and te-train your people on a regular basis.

My recent Taco Bell order was overall good but not exceptional. The food arrived fresh, nicely packed, and still warm, which made the meal enjoyable. The Avocado Ranch Crispy Chicken Soft Taco and Cantina Chicken Burrito were flavorful with tender chicken and balanced seasonings. The portion sizes were satisfying and everything was prepared accurately according to my order. Service was quick, and the staff was friendly and efficient during pickup. However, while the quality was decent, some items could have used a bit more freshness and texture consistency to make them stand out. Overall, it was a pleasant and filling meal experience that met expectations but didn’t particularly exceed them. I would rate this visit three stars for reliability and convenience.

The manager here is very kind. The atmosphere in the establishment is very warm, welcoming and clean. She offered me a drink, probably because I’m going through a rough patch so I look homeless but I’m just here charging my devices so I thought that was very kind of her to do. She wiped tables in the dining area and made sure all of her guests felt comfortable. She needs a raise. 10/25/2025 @1:30pm

Over priced a d poor service. We spent 20$ on 2 tacos and 2 drinks. When we went back the next day it turned out we could get a lot more for our money but nobody at the restaurant suggested anything. They just took our money and smiled. This is fast food not a taco truck which BTW has say better tacos than this chain.

Worst Taco bell ever. Dirty inside and out. Chicken tasted like it came from a can. Beans were non existent just soup. Staff was rude, wouldn't take an order, just yelled use the kiosk. I will not eat there again. We were the first customers so why was it filthy inside.
