Music is WAY TOO LOUD and it makes it hard to hear people and for them to hear you so we have to raise our voices at each other and we have to raise our voices the servers!!! EVEN THE SERVERS WANT FJE MUSIC LOWER BUT MANAGEMENT DOES NOT LISTEN TO THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This place ALWAYS feels crowded. There is no room or seating inside for you to wait at. You basically HAVE to wait outside or in your car and there isn’t enough seating outside. This restaurant is WAY TOO SMALL! They NEED to expand and they NEED a waiting area INSIDE with SEATING! I see older folk have extreme difficulty here. The doors are heavy and there are two sets of them. They LIE about the waiting list. You go inside thinking your table is ready for you but it isn’t and you have to wait even longer! The staff is nice but the atmosphere is off putting. Seriously though, I can barely hear the people I’m with!!! TURN DOWN THE MUSIC!!!

I ordered an old fashioned drink with extra black cherries. I was brought a glass half filled and one cherry. I looked at the bartender and asked, " why is the cup only half filled." To which he replied, " I didn't want to fill it with ice." I also reminded him I asked for extra cherries. He then took the glass filled it with ice and added 2 more cherries. Very disappointed. I understand bartenders are given pour instructions. But I have ordered this drink from this location before and this service was unacceptable. Given the amount of steak houses in Gainesville. You would think they would do better.

Had a good meal here. Only issue is I had to send my steak back for not being cooked well enough the first time. I ordered medium rare and got rare. They took it back and fixed it right away. Otherwise, no issues. I will eat here again.
My wife and I each had a rare steak, perfectly cooked. The staff were attentive and the food arrived quickly.
Wheelchair accessibility: There were two tables with customers who arrived in wheelchairs, and each was seated quickly where they were comfortable. The one in my line of sight sat at a booth, and staff removed and returned the wheel chair as needed.

Standard chain steakhouse. Very busy. Very loud. The bread is the best thing they offer!! The blooming onion is a close second. Also house salads come with grated cheese, chopped eggs, grape tomatoes and greens are fresh and crisp. Reasonably priced fast dining but nothing stellar.
Dietary restrictions: You can find low carb options here. Grilled salmon, salad, green beans. Steer clear of the bread and blooming onion despite being the best thing a on the menu to avoid carb loading.

3 times dishes and glasses in a dish bucket were dropped and broken by staff. Too loud in restaurant. Hard to talk in restaurant without having to talk really loud. Other Texas Roadhouse locations much better.
