Our server Trinity was fabulous. She was very accommodating and attentive. The steak was juicy and cooked to perfection. The chili is more of a texas chili so it had deeper flavors than the typical ones here in Florida. Trinity gave me a extra bag of peanuts upon request. We went at lunchtime on a tuesday and it was packed. Even so we got a table in under 5 mins. Parking was full at the front, we needed a handicap spot. We did find a spot to the side area of overflow parking....
I’ve always had good experiences with service and good here. My only complaint really was the hosts, I went for my birthday with a large group. I called days in advance to let the restaurant know, I also called the day before to confirm, and I called when I was on the way there. Still we had to wait a long time to be sat which is okay but they sat us all separately and I could not even sit with all of my friends.
The food and service has always been good, the management staff usually comes around to every table to see if everything is okay, or if you need anything. The wait times can be a bit long at time. Downloading their app and getting on the wait list can be very helpful. Most areas of the restaurant can be a little chilly, a light coat, sweatshirt or sweater can be helpful.
