The food, atmosphere, and service was exceptional. The fried mac-n-cheese was top tier! My steak was super tender, and the mashed potatoes were delicious. We ordered 4 different kinds of cheesecake, all amazing! I will say that it is pricey, so be prepared, but definitely good.

The dinner itself was fantastic. Our server was pretty good, but the service was a little slow. By slow, I mean 2 other tables sat after us were served first, and it took 15 minutes for him to bring our initial drinks (water).He also misled us about the cheesecake selections. We had to turn around and return them when we realized that the "original" cheesecake was not plain as described but, in fact, had a sour cream topping. Also, the skinnylicious cheesecake is billed as a "no sugar added" cheesecake, but they neglected to mention its full of an artificial sweetener I had never even heard of. The manager was a bit rude when we came back to talk to her about the issues we had with the cheesecake and even walked away from us entirely at one point. Ultimately, we swapped one for a different cheesecake and got a refund on the other. I'm not super happy with them for the dessert issues, but the dinner food was delicious for everyone.

The Cheesecake Factory//Me and my husband went here on 3/23/2024 only waited around 10 minutes to be seated not bad!!! Where the worst comes in is we placed our order we had to wait over an hour to get our food and then it was brought out by one person and picked up by another saying sorry we made this wrong ummmm couldn’t you figure this out before bringing it to the table?? but anyway I never got a refill until after I was thru eating what the hell kind of service is this!!! Did not leave a great tip but just what was deserved only to find out the next day it was changed without our knowledge and $10 extra dollars were added on the tip You guys that eat here check your receipt’s closely they definitely are not honest!!!????? have made several attempts to speak with the restaurant manager and no one ever picks up the phone they just let you sit on hold!!!?????worst place in Gainesville to eat!!!!!!!
