Went there for dinner on Tuesday, the 2nd of July, at 5:30 PM. We walked in, and there was no one else in the place. Three workers were at the bar. One lady came over and brought us to our table. This is a great place, atmosphere, entertainment, food. We always have a great time. Highly recommend this place. It has it all…
Menu
The Keys Grill & Piano Bar continues to offer a mix of experiences for its guests. While some find the seating uncomfortable, others appreciate the outdoor bar. The crab & lobster bisque remains a recommended dish, although the crab cakes may still have too much filler. The grouper sandwich is known for its generous portion. However, some dishes like steak and fish have been reported as overcooked, while others, such as salsa, receive praise. Although the atmosphere is beautiful, recent feedback suggests that the food quality may not justify the price.
The restaurant's service has seen a decline, with the waitstaff reportedly becoming inattentive, leading to incorrect orders. Some customers have expressed disappointment over the recent removal of the dueling piano entertainment, which was a highlight of the experience. Instead, a Tom Petty cover band was introduced, but many felt it did not meet expectations. Despite these changes, the location and vibe of The Keys Grill & Piano Bar are still appreciated, making it a fun spot for drinks, even if the food may be better enjoyed elsewhere.
