This is just an awareness! Have you ever venture into an online trade that was a scam? Because I was once a victim and now I’ve gotten all my asset recovered with the help of the American Brokerage firm… in this recovery process you don’t pay any recovery feees. Check my profile and see how I made contact with Mrs Lisa the manager of the recovery company

Worst crab legs I’ve ever had in my life. Me and my wife came all the way from lake city for the crab legs and they were brown.

When this place first opened, it was one of our favorites for food. Things were affordable and good. Service was acceptable. It was sincerely great. For some reason, things really feel like they went downhill.

Now, the food is pretty overpriced. The menu seems to change all the time. And worst of all, the service somehow keeps getting worse and worse. The past 3 times I've gone, the waitstaff has been inattentive. They get orders wrong. And they seem to avoid their tables. I really hate all that because I love the location, vibe, and concept.

The only great thing about this place still is the dueling piano performance on the weekends. That's always a great time. I recommend getting food elsewhere and just going there for fun and drinks.

Any menu or prices that you see on the website or online do not reflect what is actually in the restaurant. Our group went for brunch and when we asked about the prices being higher in person than on the website menu, the response given was “oh we know the prices are wrong, we just haven’t changed them”. Blatant false advertising.

Ordered crab cakes which is anything but crabs, served with rotten lettuce. This will be the first and last time dining here.

We take an annual girl's trip to Florida each year to watch the Gators play and have been coming to The Keys each year, for at least one night each trip, since the dueling pianos have been here. The atmosphere would be fantastic and something we always looked forward to! They had great music, kept the crowd engaged, and brought in a packed house each night! However, this year we arrived at The Keys Grill & Piano Bar, and there were no pianos to be found. We asked and were told the dueling pianos were no longer a part of the evening entertainment. Instead, we were told there would be a Tom Petty cover band. With high hopes and wanting to give the benefit of the doubt, we stayed to give it a chance. Our waitress as well as a manager, Abbey, were awesome. We had met Abbey in year past and she has always been fantastic! The service has never been an issue here. However, the Tom Petty cover band never played a single Tom Petty song. We couldn't really understand what the singer was saying or what song he was singing during much of the show. The one song we did understand? Seminole Wind. Seminole Wind was the one song we could actually decipher. At a Gainesville bar, which happens to sit next to the Steve Spurrier grill. If you know, you know. ??
I say all this to say that we were so disappointed by the change to remove this pianos. We always looked forward to spending an evening or two at The Keys during our annual trips and now, it appears we will have to find somewhere new to go.
The Keys used to stand out against everything else in Gainesville and now, it is just like every other spot with nothing special about it. If you're looking for a regular spot for food and drinks, I'm sure it will be fine.
It's really sad to see this happen.

This is NOT a piano bar. There is not a piano in the place……..very deceptive, change the name of the restaurant. The website indicates it is a piano bar. The food was good, but we were so angry from being deceived, we did not enjoy ourselves.

This was our first time here. All the food we ordered came out great, fresh and tasty. Server was friendly and attentive. Restaurant was very clean and tidy even the bathrooms to my surprise, and it was nice that they also had a baby changing station since I was traveling with a baby.

Really good food, nice place to watch sports and later listen to music.

Parking: It's a shared parking for everything there, so parking is a bit tight.

Really disappointed they were out of the fried gator tail. Overall food was good. Nice portions. Tasty. Atmosphere was good. Local band playing during dinner. Some locals and band family at the bar enjoying. Nice place to come to. Good atmosphere. The outside area had another band playing just prior. Kids playing. Adults drinking. Nice chill place.

Parking: Parking garage available

Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly.

I will preface by saying my husband and I are from a small Caribbean island so our standards are high. As soon as we arrived it smelled kind of fishy, which is usually enough to make us dismiss a seafood place right away. We gave it a chance because of the reviews, but I really wish we had trusted our instincts. We ordered the conch fritters, which I’m almost certain were not conch. We also got the fried Gator which was ok, but it was more like a croqueta. It had A LOT of dough. Lastly we got the magi magi to share which was just blah. Not well seasoned, definitely didn’t taste blackened. The mango salsa was made with unripe mangoes. The side of veggies definitely tasted frozen. Absolutely not worth the money. If you’re in the area, I recommend Midici for Italian over this, ANY DAY!

The food was bland. The grouper sandwich didn't have grouper on it. Not sure what kind of fish it was, but it's definitely not grouper. The Keys Punch was heavy on the mix and light on the good stuff. Our server was wonderful, so at least that was pleasant.
