Called ahead to order a sandwich to go. Got there 10 minutes later, it wasn't ready yet so I paid. And waited. And waited. Saw people who came in after me and ordered get their food. I finally asked the girl how much longer it would be. She went into the back room and got a bag and handed it to me. I asked why she didn't call me when it was ready: "I forgot". So I got the sandwich 35 minutes after I ordered it. The bread was soggy and the meat was barely warm it had been sitting so long. So if you like soggy sandwiches and waiting 35 minutes to get them, this is your place.

Greasy but oh-so-satisfying.#13: "The Soprano" - A rich combination of salami, pepperoni, mortadella, and capicola.#2: That wrap in the picture is decent. My friend ordered the "Vegas" one, chef’s choice, but unfortunately not impressive. now they've got a spot downtown

Wow I’m glad I finally stopped by. Delicious sandwiches and fast friendly service! I’ll be back!Edit: sandwich still delicious but 35 minutes doesn’t work for even the most delicious sandwiches. Don’t let your Tower Rd location slip while you guys are now downtown!Edit: 50 minutes.

After waiting 37minutes for a cuban and a salad we’re extremely disappointed. The service was friendly but that’s were it ends. The salad is nothing more than lettuce thrown in a box with a sprinkle of cheese and processed bacon bits.

I arrived at the store -I was the only person in the place- I ordered 2 sandwiches and waited 18 minutes while they filled online orders first and then only brought me 1 sandwich- they thought that’s what I ordered-the first time I went they were excellent- not so much

This place is so good it should be illegal.My husband is a snob when it comes to sandwiches, and he absolutely raves about everything he gets here.
Good experience on our first visit. I loved my sandwich (cross between a French Dip and Cheese Steak) and my wife’s salad was fresh and tasty. Friendly and fast service. Good local and fresh option that’s so much better than a chain.Parking: Adequate parking right out front.

Colleen was the best!! Very helpful with selecting our sandwich and she was so friendly too. Service, food, cleanliness was awesome. My husband had the uncle Drew Monte Cristo, he said it was the best sandwich he ever had. I had the French dip which was also yummy. We will be back very soon.
