As someone whose been in gville for >10 years I’ve been a big fan of the Top for a long time, however, recently the bartenders and hostesses have been extremely unappealing in terms of their attitudes towards younger crowds. My friends and I (mid-20s) came here looking to get dinner and spend some quality time together, but we were greeted with antagonism and treated as if we were children by the host (specifically the host wearing vans gear, tattoos, and *slightly* bearded). Again, I preach nothing but the Top to people coming to Gainesville and I’ll continue to promote it, but the hosts need to be a little more (nice?) to people who genuinely are just looking to hang out, eat, and tip well. I feel like we’re a group of generally nice people and outwardly friendly, so I was surprised to be greeted with such unpleasantness and frankly rude service from that specific host.

I've been twice, first time food was alright. Second time I went in to ask if they do reservations and the girl at the counter said "not for you" which confused me I said "are you refusing to serve me or..." "Give yourself some time to sober up". Then I explained to her that I have a muscle condition that makes me appear drunk sometimes, just moving slow and a stutter. Then she pulled out pepper spray. I never ever touched the counter. I just want to eat something.

Ordered salad, appetizers, and food. Received food before salad or appetizers came out. Salad was served last. It was the end of a Saturday night and kitchen was closing in about 45 minutes. Offer to fix was to put my food back under the heat lamp which i declined. . All tasted great. We ordered the vegan Cesar which was a unique option for a vegan, Buffalo Tempeh was dry and we were expecting saucy but flavorful, vegan ranch was great. Blak bean cakes were my top favorite, as was my rolled eggplant. Chimichurri tempeh was a large serving with great flavor. Of course we finished it all with the vegan chocolate cake which had a ganache like icing, not the normal too sweet royal icing everyone else uses, and was the perfect finish to an always yummy meal. Non vegan carrot cranberry cake is also a favorite of my daughters.
Vegetarian options: Multiple vegan options, many vegetarian options. All that we have had is good!

Great place to have dinner. The staff was very nice. The food was amazing. We sat outside and it was a great atmosphere. I will definitely be going back. I highly recommend you stop and grab a bite if you're in the area!
Vegetarian options: I had one person in my party who was Vegan that was very happy with the options and that they were clearly labeled on the menu.
Parking: They have many parking options in walking distance.
Wheelchair accessibility: I had a person in my party that is in a wheelchair and we had no issues with accessibility.

Very cool place for drinks. The bar is fairly small, but there is ample seating around the bar. The staff was out of this world good. Drinks were tasty and moderately priced. The burger I had was a little undercooked, but very delicious. My wife had the kimchi cauliflower and she loved it.
