Looks like a great vibe, but immediately upon walking in you are HIT with the strongest smell of fabuloso cleaning products. Smells like a bathroom.
The service was awful. Bartender really made it feel like he did not want us there. Will not be returning :(

Weird vibe the second we walked in. Bartender was unfriendly from the start. He was annoyed when I asked for a particular brand spirit, basically rolled his eyes at me. Ended up ordering dirty martinis that were made with pickle juice instead of olive juice. I wish we had a better experience as the place did have a cool atmosphere.

This place is amazing, top tier cocktails and a surprisingly good wine collection. Service is top tier and the music and atmosphere is very chic.

Cool personal vibe. It's a change up from the long line to get into a bar on a Saturday. I walked in and was immediately greeted by the mixologist. Very welcoming and personable. Drinks were as unique as the decor.

I can't say enough good things about The Traveler. If you are in Gainesville or visiting and love cocktails, this is the spot to check out. Nice cozy cocktail bar to either chill at the bar or a few tables and sip on some amazing concoctions. The liquor and mixes they use are obscure and blend beautifully. Their wine selection is always great as well. They do different events to check out too. The menu does change based on the season and they work really hard at making sure the drinks fit well and perfect each and every time. Highly recommend The Traveler!!!

Cocktails are not good. Imagine the quality of Salty Dog at the prices of Dragonfly.
The ambiance is great though, it's a lovely space. Just don't get the cocktails.

Bartender Jonah was a cool guy. He made us some fun cocktails and told us about the various wines. The place is pretty small with not much capacity but if you get there early like we did it's not an issue. They do wine tastings on Thursdays which I would love to go back and try.

The drinks were extremely tasty and unique, and the service and atmosphere were absolutely second to none. It's quite small, but I don't think I have ever felt comfier or classier sitting at a bar in my life.

The staff seemed knowledgeable but stressed and overwhelmed, despite having 10 people in the entire place. The wine selection was pretty basic and lacked much depth. Although, they said they change their selection quite often, so maybe we were there on an off day. It’s definitely more of a cocktail place. We probably should have ordered cocktails. Neat vibe on the inside, if you can find a seat. Fun seating outside with the hanging lights and patio furniture.

This is night on the town looking for a conversational place with great drink and ambiance. Small wine food like cheese and nuts. Perfect for a in between places or after a regular dinner. Jonna bartender was great and personable
