We waited over an hour for food (6:15 to 7:15pm on a Wednesday) when there were only 10 other people in the entire restaurant. (Everyone seemed to have to wait a long time, not just us.) Food was pretty good but we would've liked more food for the price, especially after the wait. We weren't very impressed with the service, either. Maybe this place is best for takeout only... We won't be back.

Just ordered on Uber eats. Food was trash. Totally not worth the price. It’s currently sitting here and we are just starting at it in disbelief. I’ve eaten Thai food from everywhere and this has to be the worst. Ordered the pad Thai, crab Rangoon’s (filling is a yellowish color like deviled eggs, odd), and spring rolls. EVERYTHING is bland, and we don’t even like heavily seasoned food.

This restaurant has become one of my favorites in Gainesville. I love alternating between the pad thai and the drunken noodles, both options are just delectable. As someone who drinks a lot of water, I love that they give you such a huge glass! The service does their job well and is friendly and professional. Prices aren't too steep and I've never had a long wait. I recommend this spot to anyone and I look forward to returning.

We came in and ordered Sum Tum and Red Snapper. When we came in there was only one other table which was already served and eating, right after we ordered there were about 3 more tables that walked in with larger paties than my wife and I.We got the Sum Tum and ate half of it saving the rest for when our fish was coming. We waited for probably 30 minutes before our server said our Red Snapper was almost ready and to hang tight.We waited about another 20 to 30 minutes for it just to be told that they ended up giving it to a table that came in after us and that they were now completely out of the Red Snapper. Waited for an hour in total just to share Papaya Salad for our entire meal. Went home just as hungry as when we came in. Really disappointed.

This place is a warm welcoming environment. The ambiance is stellar. I can't say enough about the food. Everytime I'm there I have a wonderful experience and delicious food.

I have ordered from this establishment several times and also had others order. I use Door dash each time, something has been missing out of the order. when calling back to explain, the staff was rude, disrespectful and hung up on me several times. they refused to give corporate name and owners name. This is bad business practices. Many of my friends took my word and was also disappointed id the food law done through a door dashbor grub hub. please train your employees to be more professional. I'm definitely going to spread the word about this restaurant. I was offered a discount a few times which never happened as well.
