For service, I give them no stars. You get there and the door is shut and theres a sign that pretty much says in other words "go away, were not serving you unless you order from home". A picnic table outside would be bare minimum service but I didn't even see that because there's no lighting. For food, I give them 5 stars just because I'm a nice guy, the pictures look good, and the other reviews have 5 stars. So my total score = 3 stars.
This is the real deal. I only tried the yard bird - and all of it was tops, probably best collard greens I’ve ever had. The chicken, the Mac-n-cheese all excellent! And good folks cooking and serving it up too.
This place has great ratings. I drove across town but couldn't figure where it was. I found the spot, I think, but it wasn't open, as far as I could tell. Maybe some better signs or more information online could help. Seemed like it would be my kind of place. With more info maybe I'll succeed next time.
