V Pizza & SideCar - Gainesville

I had never been to V Pizza and was trying to impress our friends who we never see.
I was blown aways by the atmosphere and the vibe was really relaxed and warm.
We had Morgan as our server and I am blown away with how friendly and caring her approach to service was. She has made a huge impression on me and it's because of Morgan, I will always come to V Pizza when I visit Gainesville.
If you want to be treated like family and eat some amazing food, go see Morgan at V Pizza!

Kaitlyn (our server) gave us the best possible experience we could have ever asked for. Anytime we come back again we will always ask for her!!! And the establishment itself was amazing from the amazing pizza (I recommend the margarita), to the employees, down to the music. 11/10 would most definitely come back here again !!!

Best wings I’ve ever had. I have celiac disease and they have gluten free pizza that is awesome! Don’t live in Gainesville, but if I’m ever back in that area I will definitely be coming back for another meal at this restaurant.

From the moment you walk in the door the service is terrible. Super rude staff, we left without eating.

First time visiting. Atmosphere was nice, pizza was great, and our server Mitch was amazing!

Had absolutely amazing service by the manager Mitch and our waitress Kate! They were so apologetic when my calzone took longer and then was handed to another table, and they nicely comped us a desert! Kate was SO attentive, she remembered our whole order and continually checked in to make sure we liked everything and was such a vibe, they truly made the place much more enjoyable! The calzone was also delicious! Recommend this place so much❤️

Had the UM dinner before the UF game. Food was amazing, literally from the salads, entrées, and numerous styles of pizza. That charred crust was phenomenal. Great experience.

Waited an over a hour for a small pizza when we were the only ones in there. Pizza was soggy left hungry and very disappointed. Workers and owner need to do better

After our pizzas were cooked they informed us the one my son ordered was out of stock. The waitress then put in an incorrect order or forgot. I asked to speak to the manager. She informed me there was no manager on duty and “no one is forcing you to stay, you can leave anytime you want.” I’ve never been told this at a place I am paying money to, especially after three in our party had been served. My son finally took his pizza to go as it was twenty minutes AFTER we were done eating. A woman working there suddenly proclaimed she was indeed the manager and she insisted we just waited FIFTEEN minutes AFTER we were DONE eating for his pizza to finally come out. You’ve been warned. And the pizza was simply mediocre.
