Got the sikadelic (probably spelled that wrong) mushroom burger and it was soo good! The mushrooms were seasoned well and the vegan cheese melted nicely. Definitely would get it again. Staff were friendly and gave recommendations. They were parked outside of the Azalea Brewing Co, which also had a very chill vibe and had good beers.

If you're not vegan, or you don't like vegan food, I don't care. Try Vegan Gator anyway. This place has never disappointed in the several times I've been, every item is a solid choice and stands on its own. Today's meal was a simple burger and poutine fries. Highly recommend. My fiancée and I gobbled it up before I even took a picture.

My daughter and I just got back from High Springs Brewing and the Vegan Gator Food Truck was there! Delicious burger and BBQ, tasty fries, and super friendly service. I will seek this place out in the future - and I'm not even a vegetarian. Highly recommended.

Wow, wow, and wow! This food was so dang good! The wangs were so crunchy and kept being crunchy the whole time we ate them. Definitely not the vegan experience I’ve had elsewhere in Gainesville, and now that I know about Drew and this crazy good food truck, I’ll be coming back for more every time I visit here!
