I took myself out last night for a reservation of 1 and really enjoyed myself. I had David as my server and he was great! Definitely would come back to sit with him. Food was really good as well! Also must say I love the energy on the rooftop. Overall had a fantastic time.

Enjoy The Hou Texas

I want to emphasize the 5 star for the bar staff that were great - the staff around the private event were randomly hostile to us standing near the private event area.Main thing I want to point out is the uncomfortably unwelcoming atmosphere the older (unfortunately, white) patron crowd around the bar was demonstrating towards us trying to order a drink at the bar. As alumnus in town for homecoming weekend, the staff around visors (outside of bartenders) and the non-private event crowd were aggressively unwelcoming and really stained our first visit experience to visors/spurriers that we had been excited to have for over a year. We love spurrier, and we love the gators. But we do not love unwelcoming experiences from older patrons that see us as outsiders.

Great location and love the rooftop experience. Only wish there were a few more fans in the corners where we sat just to keep the air moving a bit more. Was a little stuffy up there but otherwise great experience. Our server Connor was wonderful and the food was phenomenal!

This place is amazing! My husband & I made reservations (HIGHLY recommended!) for our anniversary dinner, & we will be going back every chance we get! Our server, Nicholas, was fantastic, & when he found out it was our anniversary, he brought us a card & 2 glasses of champagne. The manager even stopped by to wish us happy anniversary! The food is delicious and completely different from the Spurrier's restaurant downstairs. Great view, lots of fans, and a laid back atmosphere. We can't wait to go back!Dietary restrictions: There are not a lot of dietary restriction options on menu.

Brunch was very enjoyable. We did not feel rushed, thanks Anthony! The variety and quality of the food was great. Noise level was difficult. Thanks Sebastian for moving us from dining room to lounge so I could almost hear in this very industrial environment.

We had an early dinner when they opened at 5 on a Saturday. It wasn’t crowded, the service was great, and the food was very good! The ambience was cool, and while it is expensive it is worth it for an occasional treat!

From the moment we walked in I knew it was gonna be a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is absolutely lovely with tasteful sports memorabilia that don't make you feel like you're at a sports bar, but rather a themed higher end restaurant. Our server Yasmin had the best recommendations, was so friendly and very attentive to us. Lastly THE FOOD!!! The food and drinks were delectable I would come back in a heartbeat just for the grouper and risotto. Date night was amazing!

Tried brunch for the first time and really enjoyed it. The food selection was outstanding along with the taste and preparation. Had the unlimited mimosa and Bloody Mary bar definitely a must…. The restaurant has so much to offer with the outside dining and big screen TVs to the inside more formal areas.

Rachel is just the very best part of our experience. She is fantastic. That says a lot because the overall atmosphere at Visors, combined with the live music in the courtyard, is just heaven. Absolutely love coming here

Don't go. No·longer have menu. Same food as before,"breakfast type food", significantly more expensive. $100 for three people ad an assessed tip(not optional)of 20%. Not worth the cost.

We went in for Lunch on a Saturday based on the website It looked very promising. Instead of an all carte experience We were told that it was now a brunch buffet which was made up of a few Breakfast items and some salads and desserts haphazardly set up like a cheap wedding buffet. The y sat us at a table that had dirty half filled drinking glasses from the last party which they corrected. When the server approached us she actually asked us " Have you decided on the Buffet"? I asked her " is there another choice?"; and she said no. So we made a plate from what they had which was typical fare, Scrambled eggs and bacon, Sausage potatoes fruit salad etc. Omelets to order made by two people not culinary but FOH that were very overwhelmed and in disarray. The food was luke warm at best. The shrimp and grits and the Bacon were the best thing on the buffet. $30 per person and Drinks like Coffee and Soda or juice were not included. $20 surcharge for mimosas. we will not be going back.

Relatively new on the food scene in Gainesville, Spurrier’s Gridiron Grill is located in Celebration Pointe. So before anything else, you know it’s going to be expensive. I could care less about all the UF football memorabilia inside but the actual Spurrier’s building is nice. There’s seating on the roof, inside, and outside. I came with a group of work colleagues and we sat outside. We were a large group so our service was impressive, handled by one young gentlemen who was very attentive. The drinks were about average in cost and flavor. I went with the Harvest Mule, which interestingly added orange juice in with the classic ginger beer. The food menu is a mixture of expensive to over-priced to wildly outrageous, so I opted to only order the Brazilian cheesy rolls. These rolls contained mozzarella, fontina, and parmesan cheeses and were warm out of the oven. If you’re looking for the ultimate date night or a place to take a candidate you’re trying to woo into joining your firm, check out Spurrier’s. Otherwise, this restaurant that celebrates the classic American game of football is not really in the budget for the typical American.
