genuinely this is the best waffle house i've been into in a while, ryan was an excellent server and even the cook sam checked on us and made sure our food was good. amazing service and food!! best waffle house in gainesville for sure
Food was alright what really made the experience sour was the service. I pointed at the right item and the waiter commited the mistake of not only giving me the wrong order but charged me the wrong amount. When I asked about it he made me feel like I was the one who commited the mistake. Luckily enough he changed the price to my original order.
Evacuating from Tampa we came here the morning after Hurricane Milton and Char greeted us with a big smile even though she had been crazy busy all morning!!! She was very patient making sure we all got seated promptly! Love her? Our server was Ace who also was very nice and got our order exactly right! Food was amazing Kudos to this Waffle House in Gainesville!!! Keep up the good work because we really appreciate it!!!
