My wife accidentally placed an order at this location because their app is absolutely terrible. You can’t cancel an order through the app, and when you call the phone number listed, the message says they only handle to-go orders through the app. So how are we supposed to cancel?! Why list a phone number if no one can actually reach you? They took the money and didn’t even bother to call or check why the order wasn’t picked up. They clearly don’t care about their customers at all.

I went to Waffle House today 11/10 and I just want to say the lady who’s working during the early hours (not sure her name because she was not wearing a name tag) but funny looking in the face was the WORSE waitress I have ever had, beyond rude and was just not what your company should have to represent your business! I DO want to say THANK GOD for the gentleman MARC who was working he really changed the experience when he came into work! He apologized for her disrespect and made me and my family feel more welcome!

The food and service were excellent. It was extremely busy and noisy due to being full of college students.
My partner and I came to this location after work. I have never experienced enjoying the food, service and atmosphere all at once as we did tonight. When we came in we were greeted upon entering. A very happy and energetic young lady took our order and I must say she was absolutely delightful. Our food was delicious. Our server Jakya. Spelling might be off, but she was on point! If she’s going to be on the weekends we will be back to see her!

When my friend finally caught the attention of a different server she blatantly said “ no “ laughed walked away and never brought us a to go or silverware . She then went on to skip by our table making a point that she WAS NOT going to help us. Just a very aggravating situation. Don’t go .
