Had a guy named Kelvin tell me wait 10 minutes on fries after 15 minutes got told 6 more minutes waited total of 40 minutes for a hot fry ice cold sandwich 40 minutes later 1 thing to make someone wait another thing to keep pushing them to the back burner when it's not busy

I’ve been to this Wawa a good bit of times because it’s the closest to my apartment. I love going don’t get me wrong, but there is one employee (Debbie) that seems to always have an attitude with everyone. When I went to order a mashed potato bowl a few days ago and it was around 2:00A, so I ask to make sure if they had them because I didn’t want to go through the process of the refund. She rudely said, “what’s on the kiosk is what we have.” I thanked her and went on with ordering. We waited for our food and she then told me that they don’t have mashed potatoes. Mind you, it was only me, my partner, and two other employees other than her there, and from what I saw on the screens there were no mobile orders. Today, I ordered a quesadilla and she cut straight lines leaving one of the slices without anything on it. I saw one of the employees come up to the deli area to pick up part of a mobile order and said “thank you for staying Debbie.” Debbie goes and says, “I didn’t do it for you. I’m working a double. Staying has nothing to do with it.” This other employee seemed to be really grateful and kind. So I didn’t see the point in the attitude. I was talking to my coworkers about this Wawa and they said they have very similar experiences with Debbie. Maybe we’re just catching her on a bad day, but it just seems like she’s having a bad day every time I see her there.

They rudely and loudly confronted me in front of surround customers just for being parked at the gas pump for over one hour. I was a paying customer by the way. I bought a chocolate milk and a cherry froster during my visit here. There was nobody waiting for gas pumps around me. I hope someone tells the employees not to bother people for sitting at a gas pump, no matter how long honestly. Especially paying customers. People have their reasons. I was just there passing time and shopping for drinks and snacks on demand and I would have gotten some gas before leaving, had it not been for this ambushing.

I’m not sure if they are understaffed or if the other workers in the back are just lazy. But I’ve been there twice in the past month and have waited over an hour for a sandwich. Doesn’t matter if I mobile order it or in store.

Watched the employee making the orders prepare them in random order (the person I was with, who ordered/paid after me, got her drink 10 mins before mine), stop with a group of people waiting for their orders to do something else, then return to randomly deciding which orders he would make. Refused help when offered by another employee. Awesome.

Best gas station chain I've ever been to in regards of food. Only reason I'm rating 4 instead of 5 stars is because if I'm spending more than $8 for a panini press sandwich, I want a pressed panini, not a sandwich with tan lines. EDIT: nvm I js noticed how stressful yall's jobs r and you still gave me a goated quesadilla.

This is the worst Wawa in Gainesville. I don’t think the manager or whatever process they use for stock is working. Every single time I stop, they are out of something regularly requested in all categories. The fountain machines are always broken or completely out of ice, they never have everything on the menu, always out of items on the shelves.

Waited while they walk around like a chicken with their heads cut off trying to figure out how to get me two basic sizzlin sandwiches. 8 months pregnant and my icee is completely melted and still haven’t gotten my food. I watched them service up to customer 584 when my number was 530 I’ve made this review while waiting and im still waiting Do not suggest ordering here take the drive over to the Wawa by Cracker Barrel

I've had a few late-night Wawa runs at this particular location, and while the wait time can be a bit long on some instances, the food is always hot and fresh and delicious. The service is friendly and professional and I don't think I've had any issues with this location. Prices aren't crazy, there's plenty of parking, and most importantly, the store is clean! I hope to return soon and I recommend this location.
