Went in to get food and drinks, ordered at the touch screen and needed to let the young lady know to add something. No one was around to say anything to, they were all in the back. after about 3mins someone came up and we let them know what we needed and went to pay. We got our food and left. Well the quesadilla that I got was still frozen. Wawas in Ocala are much better. Service and food.

I absolutely love this Wawa. I have no idea how there are any negative comments here because this is one of the fastest, cleanest and well-rounded Wawas I have ever been to. Of course during busy hours late at night after everyone has gone to bars, there may be a bit of a longer wait, but honestly nothing unreasonable. They always have my order prepared and ready to go when ordering online in advance. Additionally, the workers are very pleasant and kind. This is an upgraded gas station for sure!

very disrespectful employee. Would not allow me to buy alcohol even though I'm 21 because my friend didn't have her wallet (she is also 21) and wouldn't even allow her to leave the store and let me purchase it. I was also purchasing with only my own money. When I went in 3 days later to get food with the exact same friend we decided we didn't even want food but I would grab a twisted tea (literally just one). My friend didn't bring her ID again unfortunately but remembered what had happened so she left the store before I even got in line. As soon as I got in line I was singled out by the same employee (mind you there are probably 50 drunk college students in this Wawa who aren't even 21 and I'm not drunk) and she tells me she needs to see both our ID's (pointing to my friend who is OUTSIDE) if I want to buy the alc in nasty voice like she had been waiting to get me. Literally while I'm at the end of a long line all buy myself. The most disrespected I have ever felt by an employee of anything ever. Absolutely disgusted by this behavior and especially now that I have found out that that isn't even Florida law.... would not recommend because the food is cheap AF and nauseating anyways and watch out for the pale ugly girl with black hair. Literally WTF.
Great Wawa but the customers are awful. Every single time we come here without fail someone is driving the wrong way or speeding through the parking lot and comes within inches of hitting us and then gets pissed at us for inconveniencing them.

I will say this time and time again—Wawa has THE BEST coffee and sandwiches! (Weird to say about a gas station, but once you've had it, you'd get it!) Service is always quick, and this particular location is very clean.

Horrible experience. We tried to use the self check out, which we've never had a problem with even when purchasing alcohol. But instead of someone coming over to put in the code because we got alcohol, we were told we had to get in line at the counter. When we first walked up there was no one there. But by the time they finally told us they refused to help us at self checkout after waiting around for severalinites, a line had formed. If they were doing their job we would have been out of there by then. So instead of helping us right away because we were first, we got sent to the back of the line. Then a second cashier showed finally but still made us wait. When we finally got to the counter the lady said she needed to see both our I.D.s in order to sell my husband the alcohol stating it was store policy and state law. It may be a store policy but not a state law. We've lived Florida for years and this has never once been a thing. I went ahead and showed her my I.D. just to hurry and get out of there. We are here for the weekend and staying around the corner. We were planning on coming back tomorrow on our break but we will definitely be going somewhere else now.
