Had to wait a long time to be waited on. The had a board advertising Carmel frosty but I was told they quit selling them 2 weeks ago 😢 Reprogram the sign and delete the Carmel frosty from it!!!!

I won't be returning because every other time we go through the drive through and order plain chicken biscuits they still add the honey butter. We cannot eat these, again, as we're already back at work. Just the push I needed to be done with Wendy's in general so thank you!

I’ve had multiple negative experiences at this Wendy’s drive-through, and this visit was no different. The employee at the window was extremely rude and unprofessional. From the moment I ordered at the speaker, she had a bad attitude, and when I asked for sauces, she never provided them. It’s clear she doesn’t have the right demeanor for customer service. After this experience, I will not be returning to this location.
