I was visiting from out of town to this Wendy's and the store was clean but by no means was the customer service something that I hold up to the Wendy's standards there was no toilet paper in the restroom and it took at least 3 minutes before someone noticed that I was even at the counter when I placed my order the cashier I was dealing with decided that she was leaving or going on break and I got stuck with someone who was unfamiliar with how to use or read the order system I did not get any napkins no ketchup no spoons for my vanilla frosties that I got none of that there was no recommendations of anything and quite frankly my hamburger patty was hard around the edges like it been sitting in the warmer for quite some time at least I can say that the fries were very hot

I ordered a 10 piece chicken nuggets and they gave me 1 sauce I asked for an extra one cause 1 sauce is not enough and they charged me 60 cents for a sauce place is trash don't go there

After ordering and paying, I was told to park and wait. It took 20 minutes for a chicken biscuit and potato wedges. It took so long that someone had to come out and ask what I ordered again. I finally got my food and it was completely wrong. I would rather them tell you they have long wait times before you order. Avoid this place if you can.

Its a Wendy’s. Before I got butthurt they miss my addons or just hit me with curveballs but I get it. Just don’t show up anywhere near closing and 80% of the time you’ll be fine.

Me and my girlfriend went to this Wendy’s and saw a line wrapped around the building. We couldn’t see the end but I believe it was somewhere around Shands. We had already placed a large online order so we had no choice but to wait. Let me tell you, they knocked out this line so fast. We got our order exactly as we had placed in about 7 minutes, even though we were the 9th car in line. Some incredible work from the team. Great experience all around from the man asking for our order to the team at the window ensuring our order was perfected. I’ve been to this Wendy’s many times and they always exceed my expectations.
