Worst Wendy's I've every been to. The food is dry, old and hard. Even my sister said the same thing. She will never go there again and neither will I. Avoid this place!

Why is it that after a day of doing MY JOB without mistakes , can't this Wendy's location do their's ??? I'm fed up with constantly getting the wrong order ? I'm sorry folks but the next time that you are in the drive through line at this location I'm that guy that is holding up the line because I HAVE to check my order myself , unfortunately that means opening the wrapper to visually inspect my order all the while you folk's are getting aggravated. .I figured that by being so close to the university this location would have a more educated staff that knows how to push the correct buttons when I place my order , but no they do not even after repeating it back to me as if they're guaranteed to get it right ? There is no quality control anymore folk's , it has become the generation of " everyone deserves a second chance to get things right " . Good luck in your future because automation is coming to replace these highly unqualified button pushers .

I give no stars because I spent money for a fresh burger and get my food it’s cold and I only had went down to the hospital to eat in the car so I go back ask for a fresh burger it take 7 minutes to get and bite it and it’s cold 🤦🏿‍♂️ ain’t going back there anymore. It’s all there with two bites between two 🍔 gotta do better

Tampa Bay Bucs Fan

Tried to go through the drive through on the weekend around 8pm and was told “Sorry we’re not accepting any orders”, and then tried again today around 6pm and was told the same thing. Last time I try! Tells you a lot about how the company likely treats employees if they can’t even keep a store staffed.

The workers are rude, orders are always wrong and the food is always cold. I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt and try coming on a different day in case they were having an off day the first time but I just left and it took 20 minutes to receive my mobile order and then the cashier at the drive thru just slammed the door in my face before I could even ask for ketchup
