They communicated that they were short staffed which was a plus, but the general impression i got off the employees was that they were unhappy and disorganized. Also very disappointed that I paid for an upsized fries, yet somehow still only got the same amount of fries as a medium.

It’s 11:21 6/7/24 I was in there almost 10 mins waiting to order they saw me standing there waiting to order and just looked at us.. my daughter cried because I walked out. They was not even busy and one of them was like bye y’all
The woman “Kissie” who works here is EXTREMELY rude to Deaf people. I personally want her reprimanded.

This location consistently gets orders wrong, especially if you order a chicken sandwich. They just give you a burger instead and the manager ghosts your communication attempts, and corporate does nothing, so you're just out the overpriced cost.
