Where do I start: didn't call out order names, forgot to include drink, slow and disorganized and handing out the wrong orders. they should sit the managers down and make them take a class on how to operate an assembly line because customers should not have to unbag their purchase in store to verify its accuracy EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.
Perhaps if Wendy's can't figure out how to load the right order they should start going over the order as they bag it with their customers. This was an absolute disgrace and needs to be addressed.
I literally just went to Wendy’s today and I ordered a BLT biggie bag. A BLT with EXTRA pickles and i only got 2(!) pickle slices. Wendy’s, what the hell?
Frosty still like old days. I got a frosty in Richmond Hill Ga a few months ago and decided I would never order another one. Thanks guys for keeping the old style chocolate frosty the same. I came through drive thru and didn't wait long. The cashier at window was friendly and talked presently while I waited for my food
Poor customer service
Stood in line for 5 minutes while seeing 3 red shirt managers, one on phone other two conversing with each other as they saw ME and two others in line and they let one cashier do all the work. I WALKED OUT!! I will write a review each time I see management allowing customers to wait as they know we are visible to them and not doing anything productive for good service.
Service was fast. Probably because they weren’t bothered by giving you what you paid for.
This Wendy’s is hands down the best I’ve ever been to. They always take care of me, even if I make a complicated order :) Staff are friendly and always willing to help with a smile.
What happened to Wendy's? The only thing good, were the fries.

woman taking our order was extremely rushed and coming off very rude. i understand being stressed, as i also work in the service/food industry, but (especially as seeing she was wearing a manager polo) this behavior is completely inappropriate. as a manager, it is your job to uphold the standard for the company you are representing. i expect this type of behavior from my employees in their teens (as a manager as well), but not someone with that level of responsibility. sometimes when it gets stressful, you either have to take a breather, or slap in a smile, that’s the whole point of the service industry. not as important because it’s fast food, but all food was stale and were given no straws :/ very disappointed as this was once my favorite location in town!

I wouldn't wish the worst experience I had in that place on my worst enemy. How disrespectful and humiliating to laugh and make fun of a person for being different from them. But karma comes and remember that time does not forgive. I suggest that you be more professional in what you do and treat clients with more respect.
Consistently and always slow regardless of how many cars are in line.
My delivery order contained a sandwich that I didn’t order and they entirely forgot two other sandwiches that I did order. It’s really not that hard. But, when they give you the right food it’s delicious.
Not my kind of lunch
Manager was awesome walking around checking on customers, very child friendly and food was fast and delicious!
