Food is always good, but service is laughable and they always take forever. 45 minutes waiting for wings and they still get the order wrong. Try the 34th street location instead.

Got doordash, while i acknowledge the quality of doordashed food often times is subpar as compared to dining in or even takeout, the oil that these wings and fries were fried in is either not being discarded optimally or the quality of the food itself is simply bad. Either way the fries were the best part of the meal. Not going to pass blame onto the staff by default as i understand when it comes to places like this it often is a problem with the way management operates. Got sweet tea as well, whoever made this batch in particular on 12/20/24 should be kept away from the granulated sugar because fuuck its sugar water.Would not order from here again👎.

So goooooood!!!! Hubby gets the Buffalo and I love the Lemon Pepper boneless wings and veggie sticks! Their fries are amazing too!

Want to wait over and hour for food while being ignored by people with zero customer service skills? Then this might be the place for you. Can't say how the food is because after myself and the only other 2 people in the place waited over am hour, we then had to argue to get refunds.

I accidentally ordered from the wrong location online. Called immediately and was on hold for 5 minutes. I was told my order was already made and can’t be canceled. I’ve ordered from this location numerous times and the orders are never cooked immediately, especially on a busy saturday night. I guess they just didn’t want to refund my order. Terrible service. Stealing from customers. Won’t go back to this location again.

I don't eat here very often, I think the food is just average and I really just order when I want something different. I got the garlic and parmasion chicken strips and regular flavored. They tasted okay they were hot and fresh, they were just average. I will mostly go back, but not any soon.
Putting this review for my Sister Marion she went there on Friday the 30th of August. And the wings were cold hardly any sauce tasted old . The cold drinks tasted like carbonated not fresh .It is so sad when you order food and its not what you pay for .

Wings have the strangest flavor almost like they don’t clean the fryers. The sauce on the wing is there but the chicken itself has a really weird almost like burnt plastic taste. Inside of the restaurant smells like the chicken tastes and it’s not really that clean. If you like wingstop and don’t want to end up hating it go to a different location

Don't go here! The manager does not care about his customers or his employees. The food I received tasted like yes bunt Brillo. The manager would not issue me a refund but would trade out the food. I love an hour away. So 2 hrs to pick up food that should have been right the first time. I have eaten here for 5 years and will not give them another penny!! At least the old management got their food right and took care of their customers this new manager does not. So please save your money go to the other location in Gainesville.
