I come often and the service is always awful, however this time I ordered 15 tenders and 8 or those were raw, after I called and told them that the manager then tried to sheist me out of my 8 tenders (which were all raw) and I have a photo to show everyone. Update: I took it back and the manager stole 3 or my tenders. Will be the Last time a regular comes to this location, terrible service and atmosphere, and sadly now the food too. 0/10 go to any other wingstop but this one.

Ordered delivery from here and our whole order was wrong. I called the store and told them the problem and asked them to resend the food, but they said they could not unless they saw what was wrong with it so we had to come back in. I told her the whole purpose of us getting delivery was so that we didn’t have to go to the store and she said there was nothing she could do for us then. We ended up going back to get the correct food and was not offered any money back for the trouble or the delivery fee.

Best Wingstop in Gainesville. My food is always fresh and hot. They are human so of course I’ve had them forget a sauce here and there but that doesn’t take away from the wings. Stopped by today and they even rectified an issue I previously had with no hesitation. Thank you to Evelyn and her trainee.

First time trying this place out, it's was fast and very tasty. We had wings both ways boneless and boneless in. Great sauce and seasoned fries as well. We will surely add this to our rotation! Good job goes out to the staff as thet were very busy. Placed the order online and it was ready at the time I choose for pick up!

The brown skin girl with the blonde wig made my latest visit my last. I ordered some wings today for me and my partner. I do every few days or every other day since we work very tight schedules. I also haven’t been able to eat chicken in two years so I’m enjoying myself. While handing me my order, she says, “Derrix, you shouldn’t be eating this all the time, it’s not healthy”. It really ruined my mood and meal and if I was insecure about my body or eating habits, it probably would have ruined the entire meal. If someone is giving you business, don’t deter them from eating something they finally get a chance to enjoy. Great for getting good wings, her service just tainted the experience and I will go to the other store across town before ever going to this location again.

Got doordash, while i acknowledge the quality of doordashed food often times is subpar as compared to dining in or even takeout, the oil that these wings and fries were fried in is either not being discarded optimally or the quality of the food itself is simply bad. Either way the fries were the best part of the meal. Not going to pass blame onto the staff by default as i understand when it comes to places like this it often is a problem with the way management operates. Got sweet tea as well, whoever made this batch in particular on 12/20/24 should be kept away from the granulated sugar because fuuck its sugar water.Would not order from here again👎.

I accidentally ordered from the wrong location online. Called immediately and was on hold for 5 minutes. I was told my order was already made and can’t be canceled. I’ve ordered from this location numerous times and the orders are never cooked immediately, especially on a busy saturday night. I guess they just didn’t want to refund my order. Terrible service. Stealing from customers. Won’t go back to this location again.
