Do not go to the 34th st. I suggest that they find someone else to man the front of house because on February 21 at 10:08 pm whoever they had on there did not answer the phone once. I also did not appreciate his way of playing with the names of people not knowing that they are getting uncomfortable. I just wanted to pick up my food and go instead he made it comedy hour. If you don't like your job please get a job somewhere else. I commend everyone else trying to get the orders done with a busy crowd.

If I could leave zero stars I would I place the online order ahead of time paid and everything went through show up to get my food is not showing up in their system but I showed them I paid there's no way they can make my food general manager was rude didn't help at all I guess that's how they run business so $26 and no wings thanks a lot
If you hate your job you should just quit you suck as a manager I'm paying for your minimum wage

Waited almost an hour for my food and people that ordered after us were getting their food before us. I asked about our order multiple times and they would say we are working on it, finally got fed up and freaking left, this was my first and last experience here. 0/10 would not recommend!!!

I honestly wish there was a zero star option because they deserve it for being the most chaotic and dysfunctional organization I've ever seen. Made a pre-order for Superbowl for 5:45 pm. I gave up by 6:15 pm because people said they had been waiting hours for their food when they made a pre-order. Called Wingstop to cancel my order and I received no cancellation confirmation, and they still charged me. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO WINGSTOP AGAIN!

I'd rather take my money to Buffalo Wild Wings, as they were able to hand my order quickly when I made a pre-order with them that day.

We preordered wings for the Super Bowl (before Sunday came). When we arrived at 5:45pm the employee said they did not know when they would be ready. At 6:30pm after asking for a time update, they said they couldn’t provide a time estimate and that it would probably be over 3 hours before they were ready. They said we could cancel the order by disputing with our bank. At 7pm we said to cancel the order and were told that if we disputed, they would take a picture of our receipt and tell the bank we never picked it up. We finally got our wings at 7:30pm. I understand it is a busy day, but the unorganization and lack of sympathy is very appalling.

Have eaten at this wingstop many times. There is always without fail the exact same problems. Customer service is absolutely horrible, every single worker is extremely rude, dismissive and look like they want to quit. Food is always good in taste but the sizes of the wings are laughably small, there is barely any sauce at all on the wings and seasoning as well. The time it takes is the worst part. There isn’t a single time I have ordered and it hasn’t taken over an hour to be ready. Overall horrible and recommend the 16th st location instead.

Terrible customer service I can barely get a word in because they’re talking amongst each other, multiple times cut me off mid question about an order to talk to the cashier next to him, then proceeded to make jokes with employees in the back! Terrible terrible terrible!! I didn’t even get to finish placing my order because he cut me off so much I left.

I was pleasantly suprised. I normally don’t eat wingstop because I feel like they do not change the oil often hence making the chicken like fried harder same with the fries. I went there for the first time today in almost a year and BAYBAAAAY A LET ME TELL U that junk was soooo goood. 10/10 the fries had the right amount of crunch, the wings were fresh AF .. customer service was 10/10 it was clean in there. I mean yall did a great job. Shout out to whoever was managing the night shift cause they did a great job with staff!

Came in at 10:50 got food at 11:40. They were so ghetto and rude about the wait time. Then get my food and the food cold. Trying to clean up was more important then people getting there food. I will never come back

Spent 55 dollars online, instead of having the fries they served me 4 servings of carrots. Chicken was actually raw and when I tried calling I was put on hold for 20 minutes. Not only that the sizes of the boneless wings and tenders we're genuinely laughable. Incompetent cooks.

I had an amazing experience at Wingstop on 34th Street, and I have to give a huge shout-out to JC for his outstanding customer service! I placed an online order, but DoorDash made an error. JC was incredibly quick to step in and resolve the issue, ensuring my order was corrected in no time. His professionalism and friendly attitude made the whole situation stress-free.

The food was delicious, and thanks to JC, the service was truly top-notch. Highly recommend this location—10/10!
