While this Wingstop location in Gainesville, FL provided prompt service and got my order right, I was disappointed by the excessive saltiness of my wings. Despite being a loyal Wingstop fan who always seeks out locations when traveling, this experience left me unsatisfied, especially considering my high expectations. Compared to my previous Wingstop encounters, this one fell short, and I hope they can improve the seasoning consistency in the future.

The place is a joke. There's no pricing on their to go menus. Then after placing your order, they have people yelling out the name on the order. Very unprofessional. Will never go back there. Food was luke warm, NOT worth the $36 I

This Wing stop is HORRIBLE ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC. We ordered 8 wing combo all flats well done, and a 10 wing combo well done, after 35 min they came out and said they were waiting on the other order of fries, waited another 10min for our order, now 45 min.We unpacked our bag even though we were eating inside, the 8 pc and the 10 pc were completely rubbery not well done, not even close, we sent them back,the 8 pc was ordered ALL FLATS, THEY BROUGHT ALL DRUMMIES SECOND TIME,SENT BACK AGAIN, IN 5 MIN THEY BROUGHT BACK OUT LESS COOKED THAN FIRST BATCH. PATHETIC . EACH TIME they WERE LOOKING OVER RECEIPTS, LIKE WE WERE LYING.THEN THEY SAID THEY WERE USING NEW DIFFERENT WING SUPPLIER.WHAT? SEVERAL CUSTOMERS PARKING IN FRONT IN FIRE LANE, BLOCKING CUSTOMERS AND TRAFFIC.I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THE COOK SAID THEY DON'T DO REFUNDS.WE LEFTWENT HOME IN WILLISTON TO FINISH COOKING OUR WINGS .SO TO RECAP we got one order of fries barely warm and one order Hot, rubbery wings and noticed when we got home there was 7pc in one order.

Service was helpful, polite, quick and direct. The food was mediocre but that’s to be expected from a fast food wings place. The atmosphere was also not necessarily desirable as it was very crowded and there is very minimal seating. That said, the customer service makes up for the atmosphere.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE it's always a problem here. I ordered my food 4 hrs prior and scheduled a pickup for 11:15 to be sure its ready got here 11:30pm due to work and of course they lose the order you would think we would be priority NOPE was stuck here till almost 12am I was having pregnancy sytoms and so sick never again .
