I just inside the store to pick up a few things. Tomorrow is my 60th Birthday abd I stop in to get my free ice-cream. So my phone deleted my app because I don't use my app that much. I thought all I had to do place my phone number and you could see my coupon for the ice-cream. I get being stressed out or having a bad day. This women is rude. I grown and you don't treat me or talk to me l Iike I was in second grade. You could taken the people behind me. In stead you suspended my order after telling me no on the ice cream and made me move to consumer service counter. Then when I was changing my password you tell me I have the wrong ice-cream and that was why the computer didn't take it. Well I guess if she was going her job right maybe she should of looked at that first instead of being a negative person. Maybe she needs to record herself talking and see how rude she really sounds to others. This is why I go to Publix! Have a great day! Oh the cashier was great. He did everything right. She needs to take some pointers from him. Seriously!

My pleasure đ because when I go in winn Dixie it's like you friends with a cashiers they be talking to you like they've been knowing you all day life and it's just like your best friend so the whole time you they're bringing up your grocery they'll talk it to you like they're your best friend

As always I found what I need plus more at this location. The staff was new and wasn't really sure what to do due to them being in training. But that didn't stop me from shopping. It was very busy while I was shopping. Which gave me time to see the whole store the setup is so nice. The store was clean and nothing was out of stock.

âThe demographics of this location are different from the other Winn-Dixieâ, which is why they said they couldnât order certain products for us. That said, they still offer good prices and BOGO deals. Aldi is moving into the other location, and while theyâll have good produce, the downtown Gainesville area could still use another grocery store. Overall, the employees here are really nice, but the main issue is the product selectionâno good protein bread, Daveâs Killer Bread, or some of the items the other location used to carry.

The fruits here are usually fresh and stacked very neatly in the display area. The floors are clean and the aisles are not cluttered.
