I love Yo3Metro, but came to get some frozen yogurt after having a long and stressful day, says they close at 9pm i arrive prior to that, around 5 minutes before 9pm and am greeted with the building dark and a worker shutting off all frozen yogurt machines and door locked. He did not even come to the door to apologize for the inconvenience. When store hours say it closes at 9pm that means the doors should be open until 9pm not the worker decides to shut everything down so they can leave at 9pm. truly disappointed.

No NON Dairy option. Stay away if looking for non dairy. Drove here specifically for nondairy fro-yo with my child. Had to take my kid out of the store upset he couldn’t get what we drove here for. I was told they switching out the only non dairy (for one with dairy) and currently all flavors they serve have dairy. No longer carrying non dairy.

Great frozen yogurt and ice creams. This is my fav place to treat my sweet tooth. The stuffed pretzels are pretty amazing too. Spinach feta is my go to but the pizza one is great too.

We came in to get a treat after dinner. It was a Saturday evening and not busy. It was fun to pick out our flavors and to sit and enjoy our tasty treats. Friendly people - we are glad we stopped by.

Took my kids here. Exactly what we expected. All toppings were full. There is a small volume but that keeps it fresh I guess because the staff kept the stock available. 3 cups came to $23 so it's not cheap but you get exactly what you want. Icecream flavors left a lot to be desired but if you are ok with basic or really unique flavors I'm sure something will fit.
I went in today with my 9 month old grand son and there were no high chairs. I asked the employee if they had one and he said they didn't have any. I said you may want to let the owner know to get one and he completely disregarded me. I will never be back.

Yogurt was fine, nothing to write home about. The more upsetting aspect was the toppings bar. Half of the items were out and the toppings that were available were stale. My husband had stale skittles (I didn’t even know skittles could GO stale) and my sprinkles were stale (another item I was unaware could go stale. Lastly, the staff was inattentive, we had to sit at the register, watching our yogurt melt while waiting for someone to come out from the back.
