They need to quit lounging around and clean cuz that place was pretty disgusting

Although the manager was professional, she had to ask her staff several times to calm down, stop playing while customers were at the counter. My five wing Wimpy combo was just above room temperature. They had a dark colored interior. They were really tough. I probably won’t rush back there soon. Not impressed “at all”!

Food was great, but the way they treat their staff. The management It's so disrespectful and they wonder why they can't keep staff. Well, you can't talk to other grown. Adults like they're 2-year-olds if you didn't train them properly, and I am not for the racism. So yes, I did. Get on to the manager. About the way she was acting, because we don't treat people like that

Now y’al dead wrong for serving me these wings that’s purple on the inside . I asked for my wings to be tossed in nuclear sauce and y’al gave them to me dry . Also , your customer service at the window is horrible . It’s 3 workers in the windows & y’al are still forgetting to put items in a bag . Do better

As I get to the intercom the young lady was so polite and thorough about my order in a timely manner, we received so cheddar bites that were not up to par, the manager so nicely and professional asked what was wrong immediately went to the back dropped fresh cheddar bites. The customer service was amazing the rest of our food was also amazing hot and fresh. Thank you main street team and keep up the good work and to the manager you are doing an amazing job with such a young team. Its not to often I see the young people giving great customer service

I never write reviews on places and I know my review may not change anything but this is literally the worst zaxbys I have EVER been too. The food is good but the workers are VERY unprofessional. Out of all the times I’ve been here my food either comes out late out or it’s wrong. They need a new staff and management. Never coming here again.

Order lunch at 12:09, pulled forward. Proceeded to wait for over 10 minutes on my lunch break for my lunch. Granted cheese bites were ordered, but 10 minutes to cook them, seems excessive.... my biggest complaint: charging for barely any sauce in the extra sauces I ordered. Literally maybe 1 tbsp of sauce per cup, I ordered four. I can probably make one cup from the four I ordered.

I ordered and whilenI was ordering the young lady kept laughing and asking me to repeat my order. Then I waited 20 mins for my food

This location is probably the worst. I say my order, it’s repeated back to me incorrectly for me to correct it and still receive it wrong. Taking the order in the parking lot is insufficient as well because you’re still waiting in line forever.

Waited 30 minutes at the drive through just to get the wrong order, had to go inside to get the right order, then got no fork and no sauces and half-assed sauces wings, worst experience I’ve had with any Zaxbys
