This place is very very nice it looks great inside and I'm telling you they are so nice I'm a doordasher and I was driving in traffic in like an idiot I spilled all the drinks all over my car had to go back and the lady was very busy but she was so nice and understanding she helping me out I give this place a two thumbs up

Last few times i Went through the drive thru, they make you pull up to a spot and wait (had multiple customers waiting). Then they brought the wrong food out and somebody else's receipt with no mf Zax sauce. The employees don't have no customer service skills. Needs to be restaffed completely.

My fiancée was groped and harassed by three separate men in a span of 5 minutes while waiting in line at the counter. The employees watched and no one said a thing. Unfortunately I wasn't with her, otherwise it would have been a different story. I believe this anecdote is important for this negative review not only because it demonstrates poor customer service, but more importantly the poor character of the people working there. It is spineless and indecent to watch a young woman in a vulnerable and potentially unsafe situation like that. Not to mention, the entire reason she was there in the first place was to correct our pick-up order, which they messed up on. To no one's surprise, they didn't rectify the issue, even being hostile towards her in the process. I understand that fast-food is not usually an A-1 experience, but this is not any kind of standard for someone to uphold. I really hope the GM sees this negative review and will incite some kind of change in their staff. I rarely give negative reviews, but this restaurant earned one today unfortunately.

First time this year I ordered the zensation salad. The egg roll was burnt. I also had to look for chicken pieces. It appeared to be crumbs and very very tiny chicken. In the past it would have chicken tenders cut into pieces. Very bad lunch. My selection of food wasn't in the choices

Parking: drive through slow and cars stationed all around the park and wait for order area. They didn't even have a long line

Employees were more interested in talking with friends than taking my order!!! I finally got my food and was missing my bread!!! I asked the cashier for my bread. After waiting about 10 minutes I just left without my bread! Because Employees were still taking care of there friends and ignoring me the customer!!! Food was great!!!! But customer service SUCKS!!!

When I go to this establishment, I only get the grilled chicken garden salad it's tastes pretty good. I do have to request extra chicken because if I don't the salad will not have enough meat to my liking. Sometimes I feel like the chicken is a little dry and overcooked, but this time it wasn't. The texas toast bread was dry. I also don't like that they stopped offering thousands island dressing, so when I decide to go visit this restaurant, I have to take my salad home and use my own dressing.

The last time we ordered we didn't get the double fries we ordered but what we did have was tasty. We have been going there for a long time, years and have always liked the food and I especially like the buffalo wings. Customer service is good and it's fast. We will be back again.

They always give me soggy toast instead of extra fries when I order, usually an easy fix and I’m always nice and patient about it but I went back thru and they gave me MORE toast when I asked for the extra fries that were missing , they then took the box back through the window to “fix” it, got it back and they changed literally nothing about it, still had soggy gross toast, no extra fries. Just gave up and went home, wasn’t worth the more hassle and disappointment.

Went through drive thru placed order paid at window immediately pulled forward with 2 other vehicles.
Ordered 2 Cobb Salads & 1 House Zalad
Both Cobbs were missing the cucumbers and over half the chicken. Forgot the bacon not even a whole slice of bacon. More regular lettuce than anything. I guess they needed to replace what the employees ate. Sad almost $40 ticket to get home and be missing part of the food purchased.
