Ordered a signature club. They gave me a regular sandwich with no cheese or bacon on it. Then they came and just gave me a 2 sticks of bacon and some shredded cheese like what? Just take my messed up sandwich back remake the sandwich if y’all made a mistake. Only reason I give it 2 stars is because the due was nice.

It's usually really good. Sine times you can tell the chicken has been sitting out for a little while. The fries are hot or miss. Sometimes, they are soggy or over cooked. The salad usually is good but you do get them sometimes with old lettuce that's brown and old and not good. An I feel like they always put the overcook super crunch tenders in it, like the end with no chicken just like breading. But overall good.
Great food and great service. Sharonda was very fast and positive.

We got the Zensation Salad (I think that's what it's called) with extra egg rolls. It was delicious!! I would definitely get it again. We also tried a funnel cake. It was not so delicious. I would not eat it again. Overall, it was a positive experience though and I would recommend the salad as a delightful alternative to a plain chicken menu.

My initial order was inaccurate. I called and spoke with a manager (Dechelle) to provide feedback and she offered a refund or refund and was very apologetic and kind. I went in for the remake and the employees were very nice, however, the remake was inaccurate too. ?

First time trying Zaxby's, our granddaughter reccomended and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. We will be back. I had a Cobb salad and my husband had the kickin chicken sandwich. Both were delicious.
