Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I walked in and 3 workers looked and at me and carried on with their conversation.. very rude and horrible customer service eventually after a while another worker appeared from the back and no greeting, but took my order. Customer service is horrible and the atmosphere is very subpar.

Terrible we as a corporate business order group lunch the lady forgot things in our order when we made her aware of the issues she got pissed rolled her eyes an walked to the back.. then we still didn't get all of our sauces, we ordered chicken finger plates an we got the zax snack packs instead. This store is absolutely the worst ZAXBYS I have ever been to, Terrible svc , terrible food. I will tell how bad this location is to every one I know an we will never go back as a Corp. Business again.cant believe how bad this svc/ and food was

Zalad was delicious. Just wish they would put 1/2 salads on the menu. It's too big to finish.

Ordered a 10 piece boneless chicken meal only came with 5 pieces of chicken. Fried pickles had plastic stuck to them thankfully we noticed it before we ate plastic.

Advertised as being open till 11:00 but closes early whenever they feel like it.

This is the second time I’ve ordered a big meal for there to be NO zaxbys sauces in the bag like I asked for, I don’t order from here so I can get dry cold chicken and cold soggy fries with no sauces whatsoever. I feel like that’s not asking for much but apparently it is since this is a recurring thing.

Omg I loved every second I absolutely enjoyed the food and the people were so hospitable especially Tania and Paul. Who were super helpful and welcoming. Thank you zaxbys 🔥🔥

Place is very dirty and the food that you get is a rip off got like 10 pieces of fries i went and told the lady and she said yes thats what you get this place will never see me again

Must say chiefland Zaxby's is so much better and always clean with friendly staff

I was Treated very rudely by the shift manager Kelly.
We ordered a large 5 finger plate and the avocado ranch tacos
After getting our food I noticed that the fries was a small with too
Much salty and that we didn’t have a coleslaw
Also noticed the taco where the wrong type
After bringing it to her attention I explained that they could just give me the difference in fries the Cole slaw and remake the tacos

After waiting 15 min I noticed people who ordered way after me was sitting eating so I returned to the counter to ask if it was ready she stated she didn’t know so I asked to have the entire meal remade
She then stated I’m not doing stating she was only giving a big Zac snack when I paid for a 6 tender meal large.
She was slamming things on the counter and very mad that I was asking for her to remake the whole meal
We requested a refund and she immediately became even more rude with us

I have been to this zaxbys 100s of times and have never been treated so rudely.

So me and my son went thru the drive thru and ordered the lemon pepper chicken. I ordered a 5 piece that looked awful, didn't even look like chicken, it looked like pig feet bites or something 🤔😠😡.

The worker was laughing when i asked a question about one of the new menu items, then stated she was just laughing at something with a coworker. Then when i got my food and open the bag there was Zaxbys sauce with a hole in it placed inside a hand glove.

I don’t know who was in the kitchen but they tried to kill me. This was Friday August 29th. Absolutely no balance, just straight seasoning. The wings were over seasoned. I couldn’t even eat this.

I would like to compliment 3 of your employees Isayaah, DQ and Kelly. They go above and beyond for their customers. My food is always hot, packed well and correct. To DQ and Kelly you guys are so sweet and made my experience great today. Thank you, I really needed that today. BUT…Isayaah, I really want to say so many things about you. I come to Zaxbys several times a week and no matter what time it is even at closing time you have always went above and beyond. You are always happy and smiling and you make my day a little brighter every time I see you. You are what every employer wants in their business. I hope you are seen and heard at Zaxbys because you shine like a bright new star.

I ordered 10 items which should have included Three Nibblers and a Blue Zalad. It did not come with the Three Nibblers and Blue Zalad. I wish my order was right.
