Terrible service every time!! Sat in line forever (as usual) just waiting to place my order, even tho there was only one car in the parking lot and two cars in front of me in the line. Only to pull up and see at least 7 people inside working. Apparently they don’t know how to delegate the work load with drive thru, in house and mobile orders. Then the attitudes on these young black girls is disguising, I am black btw. I am never rude, I’m always very polite and kind but to constantly be met with funky and stank attitudes every time you go there is unreal and unnecessary. Even the manager was pissy, looking like she didn’t want to be there. Smh either get the career you want so you’re not miserable or learn how to exhibit proper customer service. I know it’s not easy at times bc I work in customer service but when you encounter a nice customer they should be treated that way. Having an attitude will get you nowhere in life except working where you can instead of where you want. Smh do better and it starts at the top, fyi!

My husband and I ordered online, we parked in one of the spots, put in the spot number and waited. Someone came by and asked about the name of our order we then waited at least 15 minutes and nothing. We came through the drive as we thought we placed for pickup through the drive thru instead. They said they didn't have our order. So we then look for our receipt and go inside to show that we did infact order this at the right location. I feel as a customer, no one should have to hunt their own food down. Our food was also cold and we only live 7 mins away but we had to wait to get our food 30-40 mins after we placed our order... staff didn't seem to care very disrespectful and disappointed. never ordering here again.

Stopped by off the highway & got some good food for the road! Ethan was enthusiastic and nice. Although, he was new, he was very efficient. The food didn’t take long at all, and it was hot and fresh!

It’s never felt necessary to leave a bad review, especially not on a fast food place. Obviously I don’t expect outstanding service but at the very least I expect to be in and out without getting pissed off. I drove up about 3 hours before closing, 2 cars in the drive through already. I checked to see if I could walk in to place an order, door was locked. I try calling in to ask if the dining area was closed, phone call gets declined after a few rings. I place an online order for pickup through the drive through for my friend and I. I get in line and I’m waiting for over 45 minutes before I even get to the menu with the speaker. The line serpentines in front of the drive through window, so after the 30 minute mark, I’m just watching the drive through attendant and her coworker looking like they’re arguing. Two other male coworkers step out in the back of the restaurant to take out the trash, they open the dumpster enclosure area and are laughing, talking and smoking for over 15 minutes before going back inside. Eventually, I get to the speaker, there are still four other cars behind me who have been waiting for just as long. Multiple people have already left the line. Pure silence from the speaker until I say “hello?” and am immediately hit with “Hi, we’re actually all out of food.” No further explanation and it sounded like a joke. So I say “can you tell me what I’m supposed to do about my mobile order?” Pure silence for 15 minutes. A woman who had previously left the line in front of me comes back and starts knocking on the window for about three minutes before the drive through attendant even bothers to turn around, she had forgotten to give her like half of her order. The microphone was unmuted on her headset so when she closed the window back up I just heard her talking and giggling in the back like there weren’t currently five cars in line. Again I say “Hello??” And she had the nerve to say “Hey we’re all out of food tonight” and again I have to state I have a mobile order. Finally I’m told to drive up, she hands me a bag and smiles at me while she says “I’m so sorry”. Half of the food was cold, toast was soggy. Chicken was fine. I didn’t catch her or any of her male coworkers names but she had big curly hair and a bunch of silver piercings I think. I understand things go wrong and mistakes happen but at the very least have the coherency to just put a sign on the window saying “closed early” or walk outside to the line of cars that have clearly been waiting for about an hour and tell them to stop wasting their time. This was Friday the 25th of October.

Completely unacceptable that the workers continue to hang up the phone when I need to get a refund or credit for my order. I ordered a 6 finger plate and cheesecake bites. I was in a big hurry and did not have time to check the bag until I got home and found that I got a Zax snack. I would not be so irate if they had just answered the phone. I have tried to call SEVEN times and I continually hear them pick up and hang up the phone. I will not be coming back until this is resolved. I am living paycheck to paycheck and this was the one time this weekend I was wanting to treat myself.

I love this location.The drive thru team is always helpful and kind. I tend to get fries and the fries are always good and fresh.

Food is usually great from this location, however do not select curb side pickup. After waiting an additional 15 minutes decided to venture inside to see not only mine, but other curbside pickup orders sitting on the mobile take out bin and three employees standing around with no customers inside.
Please do not offer a service if it’s not available.
