Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I usually don’t post negative reviews but today customer service was not it. My husband ordered us meals at the drive through. The person accidentally gave it to the car in front, and I could see through the mirror that they grabbed fries from the bag before noticing it wasn’t there order. Then they gave it back to the person at the window, and that was the bag they gave me. I then proceeded to ask for new fries or if they can even make me my order again because someone else was in my food that I didn’t know. They then said, no and if it’s just a couple fries then it’s fine. Excuse me? Why would I want to eat food that a stranger was in. There was even jelly on the bag?… Super disappointing, will never ever see me here again. If I could rate under 1 star I would. Paying for a meal that someone got into, no thank you. Didn’t even give me a refund or nothing, they said no. If they didn’t want to make the whole meal over again, why not just change the fries out. They were super rude.

Worst location. Keep in mind we sat at the speaker for 5-10. Was denied service at 10:05 when we pulled up to the window when location closes at 10:30. Girl running drive thru was yelling out the window. Store is being run by a bunch of teenagers.

Went there to get a chicken sandwich with a lemonade and an unsweetened iced tea. The person taking the order struggled endlessly to understand that we wanted the spicy chicken sandwich. There were six staff in the restaurant that day one person working the counter who did not seem to understand a chicken restaurants menu. Add to that the soda fountain machine was broken there was no ice and no lemonade. The only drink available was sweet tea that was not available with any ice. Shook my head and walked out Raising Cane's just a few miles down the road had drinks head fries had chicken head people who understood their menu I'm not sure how this Zaxby's location is in business.

Terrible service. Drove a tad bit past the order microphone, so since I never heard a word from the box after sitting there for about 10 minutes, I drove up to the window and the man taking customer orders wouldn't take my order because I drove up to the window. Will never eat at this location again. Worst experience from zazbys ever! Need better staff!

Service suck, Chicken Sandwich was given with no chicken, in the drive through. Every time we have been at this location we say we will not be back. We definitely will not be back. Sloppy service. Spoke with the manager and she would not help us. They need to get people that work and not be sloppy

For 15 dollars They only gave me 8 wings, I ordered 10. All drums, no ranch and the sauce ain’t even covering them. Couldn’t even return it because I’m at work and my boyfriend bought them to me. By the time he got here the location was closed. I’m pissed.

We walked up to the counter and the cashier (Ilena) immediately walked away to finish her personal call. The call lasted about 4-5 minutes.
Most of the drinks in the free style machine were out and all the ables were nasty. We had to wipe down a booth just to eat. There were no customers in the restaurant and therefore there is no reason the tables couldn't have been cleaned.

Slow service that got order completely wrong

The last 3 times I’ve gone the service has been incredibly slow, and have gotten my order wrong each time. Each time I order a 5 piece I receive 3 tiny pieces of chicken, this has happened 3 times, along with a ridiculously long wait.

Came last night this is the worst Zaxby's at night. So much playing around in the background. it was crazy busy at 10pm. It was 35minutes the whole drive through process. I have a hard time believing a manager was on duty. If so they are even more trash. I asked the young man at the window(who was nice and apologized)what was going on? He said he didn't know they are just moving slow back there. Sad what's happening with these restaurants no one cares not even the management they put in place.

I stopped in for a quick lunch before a Dr appointment. First time at this location. Staff friendly. Soda machine wasn't working so they had to fill my cup which they did. Someone was actively working on the machine to get it operational again. I ordered the kicken chicken combo. I think just over $9 with tax. The sandwich was very good. Fries ok. I ate inside.
