1176 Harrisburg Pike Carlisle PA McDonald’s is disrespectful and LOUDLY wrong with their customers. Refuse to provide customer service, claim the app never works and won’t provide refunds- ONLY this store somehow?
I just come here because this is the closest one to the house but every time we come here it's always an issue no customer service on the front desk and the drive-thru it's really slow and the last time I tried to get a buffalo sauce and they don't even have in the inventory
I’m about ready to just boycott McDonald’s. It’s mind boggling to me how McDonald’s, arguably the biggest fast food corporation there is, cannot issue refunds or solve any issues via their app, where I placed an order. But I can get on burger kings site, Walmart, Amazon and talk to a robot and have a credit in 45 seconds. Can’t even get ur money back for items you never received at McDonald’s tho.
