Best brisket in the area! I love that this place is outside of the city, along the beautiful Indian River, smoking meat on the side of the highway behind their food truck shack. In my opinion, places like this kick Macdonald's ass all day long. Make sure you get a side of roadkill potatoes, they're bursting with garlic and smokey flavor. Cheers!
I just dropped in here on Friday for lunch and it was great. It is nice to find another good BBQ place here in Melbourne. The area is severely lacking in good BBQ overall. This is a gem. Some good down home friendly service combined with some tasty BBQ. I tried the ribs, pulled pork, and brisket. All had good smoke flavor and were very tender. The ribs had a nice dry rub on them which is what prefer. The pulled pork was super tender. The brisket was very good and seasoned well....
This place is A HIDDEN GEM! Such amazing food!! This place is literally to die for!! I've been going here for about 2 almost 3 years now and it's amazing and mouthwatering every time! Cole slaw, brisket and Cornish hen are my favorite so far. So much more i want to try though!
