Me and my father loved going to Smokey Bones once a month or so, til it closed it's doors a week or two ago. We were struggling to think of a decent replacement, because the biggest problem we had with most of the other barbecue places between Melbourne and Vero Beach would drown their ribs in sauce. My now-husband and I love dining at Rib City, so we chose them to cater our wedding as they were a preferred vendor of our venue. Cassie was so easy to work with, and made sure to remind me of any deadlines or information she needed. She was super responsive through the whole process, and made the planning part of our wedding so much easier.
