Best Italian food I've had in a long while. The tomato/marinara sauce was outstanding. The fried oysters were very nice as well. The acoustics in this restaurant are poor, so it did get a little loud, but the food was worth it. This was our best meal in Seaside thus far for our trip. Will definitely be back!

Our dining experience at Borago was nothing short of exceptional. The service was impeccable from start to finish, with a genuinely friendly and attentive staff. We were absolutely blown away by the food, starting with the endless basket of baked focaccia bread, perfect for dipping in the oil and balsamic. Both the grouper and the pan-seared shrimp with angel hair pasta were outstanding—the seafood was incredibly fresh and perfectly cooked. We left feeling both satisfied and ready to return for another memorable meal

This is people-pleasing. It’s not a personality trait, it’s a set of deep schemas like subjugation, self-sacrifice, and approval-seeking that were wired into your brain in childhood. No matter how aware you are of this pattern, no matter how much you want to change it, you can’t just “decide to stop.” Years of conditioning have built strong neural pathways, which are embedded in your brain and nervous system and are very resistant to change. But the good news is, you absoultely can change. You just need to know how. In order to break free, you first need to increase your brain’s capacity to change. That means strengthening the prefrontal cortex — the part of your brain that allows you to pause, reflect, and choose differently instead of reacting automatically.

Ok we were in town a week and shared this spot with our friends. We have been coming here for years and always share it with our friends. It did NOT disappoint. We had great service - Thank you Jarren - not sure of the spelling but he looks like Benson Boone. Great food. Lovely atmosphere. Do not leave without the dark chocolate creme brulee. Get the arancini and scallops for starters for sure. The 4 of us loved our entrees - seafood fricassee 10/10, the special for the night was called Priscilla - yummmm add veal meatballs or Italian sausage and one other had salmon on angel hair. And don’t forget to share a caesar salad. Don’t pass on this place.

Highly recommend this place! The Priscilla pasta & berry cobbler was AMAZING! The service was excellent too!

Ordered the Angel Hair with red chilies. It was dry and way too hot. I couldn’t eat it. Our server, Greg, however was great, so for that I’ll give it 3 stars. Otherwise, it would be a 1 star. They could take some tips from a great Italian Restaurant.

My husband and I discovered our new favorite restaurant on 30A! We cannot say enough good things about Borago — but if it means anything, we went TWICE for dinner during our week stay in the area. I’m vegetarian and I had a very easy time finding things I could eat. Hands down the best Italian restaurant we’ve ever been to. The food is delicious and the service is top notch. Another great bonus is they take reservations, which we took advantage of both of the times we went. We will definitely be visiting again next time we come down.

My wife and I have been coming to the panhandle area for many years. We just came home from a 9 day stay in Seaside and dined twice at Borago. Without a doubt, the best pasta we’ve ever had. Love the atmosphere and prompt service but the food, OH MY! This place is a must!

This was our first time dining at Borago after traveling to 30A for 12 years and it was a wonderful experience. Wendy the manager and the servers were great and we look forward to returning next summer. Keep up the good work!
