Best Italian food I've had in a long while. The tomato/marinara sauce was outstanding. The fried oysters were very nice as well. The acoustics in this restaurant are poor, so it did get a little loud, but the food was worth it. This was our best meal in Seaside thus far for our trip. Will definitely be back!
Our dining experience at Borago was nothing short of exceptional. The service was impeccable from start to finish, with a genuinely friendly and attentive staff. We were absolutely blown away by the food, starting with the endless basket of baked focaccia bread, perfect for dipping in the oil and balsamic. Ok we were in town a week and shared this spot with our friends. We have been coming here for years and always share it with our friends. It did NOT disappoint. We had great service - Thank you Jarren - not sure of the spelling but he looks like Benson Boone. Great food. Lovely atmosphere. Do not leave without the dark chocolate creme brulee. Get the arancini and scallops for starters for sure. The 4 of us loved our entrees - seafood fricassee 10/10, the special for the night...
