Rude management. I had to repeat order 4 times and it was repeated back wrong. I asked if I need to come to the window and give my order. Then some female with. a nasty attitude came on and said no we got it and was rushing the order not listening for the rest so I said I am not dealing with nasty today, keep it. This place doesn't deserve the business..
I had the #1 medium. It was good. Been going to this Hardees off and on for years. ✌👌👍
To answer your question above: Eating there with such a disrespectful on duty manager. Observed her rudeness of an elderly gentleman that was served a plate of biscuit and gravy. When he got his food he asked for a fork and knife. She goes back to talking to another employee. She got a fork "tossed" it on his tray, he again asked for a knife she never completely turned to address the man but "rudely" told him "we have no knives"! Hardee's is a fast-food spot with good food and clean surroundings. The parking area is spacious and clean, and the drive-through service is efficient. The breakfast menu is highly recommended. The staff provides excellent customer service and brings joy to the experience. The dining area was extremely clean and staff communicates well. The food came out quickly and warm. The eggs in the breakfast platter are very stingy and the hash browns are soggy. The lemonade is a little cup.
