This location is the absolute worst place. I have tried several times to order food through the drive thru and literally each time, the order is wrong. I just called to let them know my meal that I ordered was wrong and that what I got is way less than what I paid for. The manager told me to call back! This is completely unacceptable. They won’t even reimburse me for my meal.
Problems nearly every time I go there.
The cashier was crying, the order was made wrong, had some kind of plastic on burger, the other they made wrong twice. 10 people walk out while we were in line. Drive through was backed up into Winn Dixie parking lot. My question is where is the manager? May need to fire the whole staff and start over and they want $15 an hour.
