Today we were lucky to get Doris as our server! She did amazing was courteous and friendly! The food was on point today! Definitely recommend the tres leches pancakes :-)

“Absolutely lovely, from the atmosphere, food, and welcoming staff/owners. I went twice so far once for a savory breakfast crepe which was delicious and filling the next visit I opted for the sweet creme brulee crepe and OMG it was so good i added ice cream for good measure and it just elevated. My gf had a custom sweet crepe with Nutella, banana, strawberries and whipped cream she absolutely loved it and commented on how they really fill the crepe up so you get a good amount.“

“We were so happy to see Farmer Girl reopen! Our family always loves stopping in to see Jen (she’s the best), and it was great to see the same friendly staff still there. We had the gyro and Greek salad this time 😉 still delicious, though I do miss the old salad dressing, and the tzatziki could use a bit more flavor. That said, we’re just really glad they’re back! Prices have gone up, but that’s the case everywhere these days, and they’re still pretty comparable to other places in the area. The food is always great, and the portions are consistently generous.“

“Omg I love this cute little place. The food was great and the presentation is on point. I was up this way for a cheer competition and took my daughter here in between performances. We had 1 lunch and 1 breakfast item. It was such a pleasant surprise. I think I saw some pics online but it's so much better if you come in person. GREAT JOB to the owners.“

“A real nice find for a quick bite in the morning / afternoon. The food is really good; chicken gumbo like home cooking for instance. Fresh brewed ice tea is perfect after a night out. The owner is friendly and genuine.To find the entrance since its not well defined in google maps: come up on S Flagler Dr., walk up the sidewalk to the northeast of the building. Enter the lobby and make right hand turn, heading down the hallway about 15 feet.“

“During my visit, my friends and I decided on brunch a Saturday morning. We showed up around 11, no reservations, and were quickly seated. Our waitress was cool and patient with us. She made good suggestions and gave 5-star service. I ordered the Frittata Rustica with a side of chicken sausage. Delicious! Full of flavor and well seasoned.... omgg, it was goooood. I ordered a cup of coffee, and it was good and did the job. I also decided to try the Morning Meditation which a refreshing beverage. It was good and full of nutrients. I recommend everything ordered today and highly recommend this brunch spot.“

“The first place locals go school after some church services . Bigger, newer one in COSTCO plaza. we have big going since the first one opened and I can’t remember how many decades ago that was.. Order what you want even if it’s not on the menu, add stuff have it prepared however you wish. Glad to oblige with no drama..“

“I love this place. I get bagels and cream cheese on occasions where I have guests at my house and they are fresh, warm and such a great variety of bagels to choose from. I’ve never had a bad dish there for breakfast. Service is always friendly and welcoming.“

“I had the pleasure of being served by Lawrence. ( Make sure not to forget the name , I highly recommend . ) Very attentive. Should be a trainer, and train the servers at Boynton Beach location. @ Congress/ egate way . The servers at Boynton Beach: frizzo ( fat Indian guy , I call him Haleys conmet because he hides , and is a mission to find him , he is tip hungry, and doesn't wash his hands , and he profiles . Shanta frizzos wife : Haley's commet , tip hungry , profiler, Matthew: lazy guy with dreads , asuma : frizzos sister is kinda ok , but guilty by association.“

“Nice but small cozy place. The food was pretty good l, standard for any IHOP. I would recommend the Tres leches pancakes or eggs Benedict. The highlight of the visit was the employees/staff the server Terrance was nice and so was the other lady working there, she served us coffee. Had a great conversation with the both and no complaints on the customer service. If you are in the area and crave some pancakes can't really go wrong with IHOP!
