I live in West Palm but come all the way to this location because the food is always fresh. Service is pretty quick and they have great customer service. Even when they were out of something they gave my daughter a card to come back at a later date and still replaced the item with something else. Great customer care goes a long way and they have clearly mastered that

The food is okay, although they have problems with being out of items. For instance, I went there recently and they had no french fries. But food is not where they excel ice cream and drinks is where they are on point! The amount of ways you can customize anything from a shake to a soda is amazing. Not to mention their ice cream is really delicious and they have various happy hours where drinks or shakes are 1/2 off which makes it much more affordable. It does take longer to get...

As a door dasher I think it is silly that we have to park our car at the stalls and then get out in the tiny space to come wait at the door. You guys make more money from doordash orders because the online fee is higher for menu items. It makes no sense that we are treated differently. We already have to wait forever for the food because it is never ready when we arrive.
