Called in my order told me it would be one hour which I accepted as it was a Friday night. Actually waited one and a half hours. Unacceptable, it's not fine dining, it's supposed be fast food.

I ordered ahead online only to arrive and order not even started. The moment I walked in NO STAFF even bothered to come at least ask if I needed to order or pickup. I waited patiently while various staff glimpsed at me various times without a " hello" or "Can you give us a few minutes?" Since I placed my order online, I waited. Finally, the lady could not locate my order because no one bothered to restock the tape in register. I got the food almost an hour after the order was placed. Only to get food home and the wings were wrong. One flavor not even included and when I try to call, they answer, but just hang up!Not usually a complainer, but you guys could use some customer service training. Plenty of room for improvement guys. Also, this is proof that my order was WRONG!

I called to cancel my order and they redirected me to their website which told me to recall the Wingstop location, so I called a second time, (same woman from first time picked up) and they told me to hold and after holding for 5 minutes she came back and proceeded to hang up on me. Worst service will never be eating from this location ever again.
