Waited an extra 40 minutes for my food because they aren’t organized enough to make the food in the order it comes in. There was about 15-20 people in the lobby all at the same time waiting for their online pick up orders. The old white guy working the pick up window was an absolute piece of work to say the least. He refused to look to see if my order ticket was there. The only thing keeping this place alive is WingStop’s recipes and strong following.
The business is unsupervised and somewhat unclean, but the attention was not poor. The restrooms were both out of commission, leaving that area of the restaurant completely dark. My order for a dip was never fulfilled. It truly baffles me how such a well-selling store can be run so badly.

This place is a joke. Order two meals tells me 1 hour it will be ready. Get there have to wait another 1 and a half hours for food. Get home realize no ranch for the wings. Manager very rude to wife when asking for ranch for our order which says comes with dipping sauce. Just skip this place and go drive 5 minutes to wings plus and more. Better wings better service. This place is a joke.
