I wanted to take a moment to recognize the manager at the Zaxby’s in Greenacres his name is James . While the food wasn’t quite what we had hoped for, the manager was absolutely wonderful. He was kind, professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a good experience. His customer service really stood out, and I think people like James deserve to be recognized. Thank you for being so pleasant and caring—you made a difference!“

“The wings were delicious, along with the mango and pineapple drink. My favorite were the hot honey garlic wings. I also tried the hot lemon pepper wings, but they were a little too vinegary for my taste. Next time, I’d probably just get the lemon pepper without the buffalo sauce. The fries and mozzarella sticks were also really good, especially with the sauce they came with, which tasted like a homemade honey mustard. I just wasn’t a fan of the ranch, but everything else was good. TikTok definitely led me to a good spot.“
