“I was services by James and he is amazing! I drove an hour to get here because I was craving Zaxbys and there are none in Miami. James was pleasant, courteous, and overall made my day. I hope he’s a manager or a member of leadership because his personality is chefs kiss. I’ll be back at this location in no time! Thank you again!“

“First time to this store and the staff were SO kind and nice - it’s clear they have a really great leader who was standout (Ryan Saunders). Such brilliant camaraderie and feel of a ‘team’ which we would come back to experience alone. Food also was top notch - delicious and fresh. Would give higher ratings if I could - standout leadership which led to a standout experience! Thank you.“
